the 72-square-metre flat in Bydgoszcz was designed with the young owners in mind – gliding and travel enthusiasts. Located in the heart of the city, with a panoramic view of the Brda River, the flat combines modern design with a personal style inspired by sky adventures.
An open-plan living area in a 72-square-metre flat in Bydgoszcz
One of the main objectives of the project was to create an open-plan living area. By knocking down one of the walls, a space was created combining the kitchen, dining area, seating area and home office. In the centre was a table by BoConcept, ideal for celebrating moments with loved ones. The lounge area is dominated by an organic sofa by the Polish brand Optisofa and a coffee table from Tamo. The whole area is illuminated by the soft, diffused light of lamps by Flos, while decorative lighting accents are provided by the New Works and &Tradition models. The living space also features a striking standing lamp by Labra and a designer lamp from the Mandalaki studio (brand Halo Edition), which brings dynamism and colour with a subtle reference to the sky theme.
Kitchen – a combination of elegance and functionality
The kitchen in the flat is distinguished by the use of natural materials and a muted colour scheme. The stone worktop emphasises elegance, while the ornamental glass introduces a delicate texture. The chechotte veneer in the built-in furniture blends harmoniously with the rest of the interior, introducing organic patterns reminiscent of clouds.

The hallway as an integral part of the living area
The hallway leading to the private area was visually integrated with the open living zone. The neutral colours of the walls and doors create a discreet background, emphasising the coherence of the arrangement. The positioning of the furniture and the openwork shelving separates the individual zones without strong divisions, allowing smooth transitions between them.
Bathroom with a sky theme and elegance
The bathroom in the 72-square-metre flat in Bydgoszcz is kept in beige, which is broken up by satin blue brick-shaped tiles by Wow Design. A furniture unit made of chevron veneer visually links the bathroom space to the rest of the interior. The countertop integrated into the washbasin and the ornamental glass emphasise the elegant, timeless character, while copper accents add warmth to the interior.
The bedroom – a place to rest and work
The bedroom functions as a resting area and also serves as a workspace. Muted colours and blues dominate, and the wall is decorated with Cole & Son‘s cloud wallpaper, a subtle reference to the owners’ passion. Rounded furniture shapes, openwork details and organic lines underline the interior theme.
72-square-metre flat in Bydgoszcz – style and functionality in one
The design of the 72-square-metre flat in Bydgoszcz has been carefully considered both aesthetically and functionally. The choice of noble, natural materials – such as oak flooring, stone worktops, chechotte veneer or solid wood – gives the interior a timeless character. The colour scheme based on white, beige, grey and blue, with stronger accents of burgundy, navy and cobalt, adds energy and elegance to the arrangement.
