the 97-square-metre flat overlooking Gdańsk is a unique development that combines timeless style with modern solutions. Situated on the top floor of the building, it offers not only a panoramic view of the city, but also intimacy and tranquillity. The interior design is based on classic values: harmony, quality and functionality.
Thoughtful elegance and refined details
The flat is dominated by a calm, natural colour palette – beige, warm wood tones, soft blues and navy blues. This is the backdrop for expressive accents in the form of black and gold, which add a noble touch to the interior. Black and white mosaics in the hallway and bathrooms add rhythm to the space, while geometric patterns introduce a subtle dynamic.
The heart of the flat is the spacious kitchen with a free-standing island with a fluted front. It is not only the functional centre of home life, but also a stylistic gem of the interior. Gold details – lamps, handles, fittings – harmoniously harmonise with the elegant furniture and high-end materials.
Living room with a view – the flat’s greatest asset
One of the key elements that distinguish the 97-square-metre flat with a view of Gdańsk is the large, anthracite windows with muntins in the living room. They are reminiscent of New York lofts, bringing an industrial flair to the interior while maintaining elegance and cosiness. It is from the living room that an impressive view of the Gdańsk panorama unfolds, giving the space a unique character.
High-quality materials and Polish design
The entire interior has been carefully considered – both aesthetically and practically. The floors are made of natural oak, while the furniture is made of veneer and lacquered fronts to create a coherent, elegant whole. The designers opted for Polish design: furniture from renowned brands such as IWC Home and Tabell. It is a combination of style, durability and functionality.
Styling with soul and personality
The author of the subtle yet expressive interior styling is Justyna Sobiecka from the Dekoruje Kadry studio. Thanks to her, the flat gained a unique atmosphere – cosy, elegant and full of details that catch the eye, but do not dominate the space.
