A cosy one-bedroom apartment was created in a tenement building on Kościuszki Street in Poznań for long-term rental to business clients. The project, carried out by the NUUT studio, involved the creation of a flat of approximately 25 square metres. Most interestingly, the investment was carried out entirely remotely, without the participation of the owner, who lives permanently abroad.
Remote realisation by NUUT
The NUUT studio was responsible for all stages of the project. The studio was responsible for developing the interior concept, preparing the budget, selecting the contractors and supervising the implementation. The investor, who had no previous renovation experience, received regular progress reports, complete with photo and video documentation and cost updates. This allowed her to follow the whole process remotely and have a sense of control over the project without being physically on site.
Cosy studio in Poznań
The layout of the studio was designed to provide the best possible comfort for daily use and the ability to work from home. The flat has a separate living area, bedroom area and ergonomic workspace. The furniture arrangement makes excellent and maximum use of the available space. The interiors are kept in a calm colour palette comprising white, beige, terracotta and sage green, which alludes to the atmosphere of a renovated tenement. The studio has a loggia with a beautiful view of the Imperial Castle.

Studio NUUT used highly durable and aesthetically pleasing materials in its design, suitable for intensive use. The work was carried out in parallel with the renovation of the entire building, which required precise coordination and flexible planning. The result of this challenging task is a cosy one-bedroom that is ready to move into immediately after delivery. The result of the work met the investor’s expectations one hundred per cent.
