In the heart of Poznań, an Apartment with a red piano was created, which from the first glance delights with its uniqueness and boldness of arrangement. It is a project by MO Architekci, which is the quintessence of artistic freedom and creative imagination. From the outset, the flat’s owners – musicians and art enthusiasts – were open to unobvious and daring solutions, which made it possible to create a space where functionality meets expression.
The heart of the flat is a red piano
The focal point and dominant accent in the flat is the red piano, which is not only an instrument but also a sculptural decorative element. The flat with the red piano is a space for meeting, relaxation and creative expression – a stage and a home in one. The contrast of the piano’s red with the saturated tones of the walls creates a dynamic dialogue with the entire interior design. Bohemian artistic kitchen
The kitchen has been designed with a harmony of styles in mind, with an expressive detail in the form of a chequered floor, evoking the spirit of artistic cafés. The wall is decorated with a wallpaper with a reproduction of a work by Alphonse Mucha, a tribute to the owner’s favourite artist and a personal touch with symbolic meaning. It is a subtle but meaningful reference to art that completes the space.

MO Architekci – MO Architekci is a design studio based in Poznan, which provides services in the Wielkopolska region and all over the country. Out of passion for creating and arranging space, the studio was founded by certified interior architects Magdalena Statnik and Oskar Włodarek, graduates of the University of Arts in Poznań. Designing according to a fixed scheme is impossible, as everyone has completely different needs and requires an individual approach and design of the space.
