A house in Sierosław. A peek into the interior by YONO Architecture

The house in Sierosław is an exceptional example of modern interior architecture, in which the designers from YONO Architecture combined the elegance of dark graphite with the warmth of natural wood. The two-storey building impresses with its stylistic consistency, thoughtful functional layout and refined details that emphasise the character of the entire space.

The entrance area – a foretaste of the character of the interior

The interior of the house opens with a vestibule, dominated by wooden laths on the ceiling and textured plaster on the walls. It is here that the first leitmotifs of the entire project are revealed – naturalness, elegance and balanced minimalism. Three routes lead from the vestibule: to the open-plan living area, the technical rooms and the private study.

Living area – an open space full of light

Moving on, the attention is drawn to the staircase, one of the walls of which is made of a vertical divider. Combined with a skylight window, this element perfectly illuminates the staircase, creating an interesting rhythm of light and shadow.

The living area was designed as an open zone connecting the living room, dining room and kitchen. The designers have subtly marked the boundaries between the functions through differences in the ceiling and floor plan. At the focal point of the living room, the ceiling with its warm honey-coloured wood finish draws attention to the kitchen and dining table.

A kitchen with character – the heart of the home

The kitchen in the House in Sierosław is a combination of functionality and elegance. The oval island with a worktop made of natural stone is a real adornment of the space. Subtle lighting and natural materials give the interior a cosy yet luxurious feel.

Ground floor bathroom – privacy and tranquillity

Right next to the living area is the bathroom, where the designers took care of intimacy and aesthetics. The shower recess is concealed behind the washbasin wall, making the whole look harmonious and modern.

First floor – the private zone of the Sierosław House

The first floor features a bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom. In contrast to the ground floor, this part relies on a darker, more saturated colour scheme, which gives the space an elegant, almost masculine character. The focal point of the bedroom is the pouffy bed, the fabric of which corresponds to the sofa in the living area. The interior is warmed by plants and a dressing table designed in the corner of the room, which subtly complements the arrangement.

The house in Sierosław – an example of modern elegance

YONO Architecture’s project is proof that a modern interior can be both cosy and functional. The house in Sierosław delights with consistency in the choice of materials, attention to detail and harmony of colours that create a space ideal for living. The interior of the single-family house in Sierosław is a combination of shades of dark graphite with warm, honey-coloured wood. This idea best captures the spirit of the project – tranquillity, elegance and timeless style.
