It is 115 sq m in size and is located in Wrocław. The house is an example of architecture where simplicity of form meets refined attention to detail. The project was a collaboration between Utuli Domy Prefabrykowane and EMWE Studio, with the aim of creating a space that is bright, comfortable and yet deeply rooted in its natural surroundings.
The body of the building was clad in black-fired board, the texture of which gives the whole building a minimalist, expressive character. This austere, almost graphic accent contrasts with the interior, designed in a spirit of softness and natural harmony. The architecture remains sparing in its means but refined in every detail, which underlines the coherence of the concept.
The interior of the house is based on a palette of high-quality materials that give the space elegance and tranquillity. Oak floors, microcement, sintering and veneer create a subtle composition in which each element harmonises with the others. The living area has been planned as open and legible, with a clear focus on functionality and user comfort. Warm light, the soft lines of the built-ins and carefully chosen lighting create an atmosphere conducive to daily relaxation, while giving the interior a friendly, homely feel.
The most spectacular element is the two walls with large glass windows that open up the house to the forest. The greenery here becomes an integral part of the arrangement, permeating the interior and giving it a dimension that changes with the seasons. The terrace and garden are a natural extension of the living space, gently extending its boundaries and emphasising the idea that the house and its surroundings flow together.

The whole creates the image of a harmonious, cosy place, designed for peaceful and comfortable living in close proximity to nature. It is architecture that not only responds to the needs of everyday life, but also builds an emotional connection with the landscape, making the house not so much a refuge as a space full of light, warmth and balance.
