A studio apartment for rent from the NUUT studio. The renovation was carried out remotely

The growing popularity of working and investing remotely means that renovation projects are increasingly being carried out fully remotely. Such projects require precise organisation, trust between investor and contractor and efficient communication. An example of a successful project of this kind is a studio studio studio NUUT in Poznań, which carried out its comprehensive renovation and arrangement without the owner’s participation on site.

The project concerned a small flat of approximately 30 square metres, located in a renovated tenement house on Kościuszki Street in the centre of Poznań. The premises were prepared for long-term rental to business clients looking for a place to live and work.

The owner of the property, who lives abroad, commissioned the NUUT studio with a comprehensive realisation. The design, coordination of the contractors, supervision of the renovation and final acceptance were all carried out by the studio. The client was inexperienced in this type of investment, so she received regular progress reports, photo and video documentation and ongoing cost statements, which gave her a sense of security and control over the whole project.

The interior of the small dwelling was designed to make maximum use of the available space. The flat included a living area, a separate bedroom area, an ergonomic workspace and extensive furniture. The colour scheme is kept in calm, natural tones – dominated by white, beige, terracotta and sage tones, which harmonise with the character of the renovated building.

Durable and low-maintenance materials suitable for intensive use were used. The work was carried out in parallel with the renovation of the entire building, which required appropriate coordination and a flexible approach.

The one-bedroom apartment on Kościuszki Street in Poznań proves that even a small space can be arranged in a functional and aesthetically pleasing way, and that a project carried out entirely remotely, without the physical presence of the investor, can be successful. As a result, the owner received a fully finished flat ready to rent, meeting the expectations of both her and future tenants.
