The transport company’s office near Bydgoszcz, designed by Żurawicki Design, comprises nearly 600 square metres of modern space that combines functionality with a distinctive brand identity. The architects treated the project as an opportunity to create a working environment that meets the real needs of a dynamically growing company, whilst also serving as a tool for building its image through a coherent, consistently executed visual narrative.
The starting point was the nature of the client’s business – transport, logistics and constant movement. Motifs drawn from road infrastructure, road markings, maps and the distinctive geometry of transport routes have been translated into a design language evident in the details, graphics, neon signage and visual identity system. As a result, the interior not only organises the space but also tells the brand’s story, guiding the user through the successive zones of the office.
Industrial foundation
An industrial, minimalist aesthetic was the natural choice. The preserved exposed concrete ceilings and visible services lend the interior a technical character, in keeping with the company’s business profile. This raw base is balanced by materials that soften the perception of the space – wood-effect cladding, vinyl flooring, textile carpets, acoustic panels and the soft, rounded forms of the furniture. This approach has created an environment that strikes a balance between industrial austerity and the comfort of a welcoming interior.
Colours with character
Colour plays a key role in the design. The red featured in the brand’s visual identity is paired with vibrant complementary colours which – in contrast to neutral whites, blacks and shades of grey – lend the space a sense of dynamism. Intense accents appear in selected areas: in fittings, signage and furniture. They introduce movement, reinforce the character of the interior and emphasise its recognisability.

Reception, open-plan area and communal zones
From the moment they step through the door, guests are greeted by the reception area, designed as the company’s showcase. Striking colour accents and a comfortable waiting area create an atmosphere of professionalism and openness. A monumental neon sign depicting a lorry plays a special role – a symbol of the brand that instantly defines the character of the space.
The open-plan workspace remains the heart of the office. Ergonomic workstations are arranged in a clear layout that encourages collaboration, whilst acoustic panels ensure an appropriate level of privacy. Wood-effect wall cladding adds warmth to the space, balancing the technical nature of the ceilings and services. An integral part of the open-plan space is a less formal relaxation area – soft seating, a casual layout and Puff‑Buff lamps create a space conducive to short breaks and spontaneous meetings.
Reception areas and staff facilities
The conference room and the owners’ offices have been given a more prestigious feel. The industrial aesthetic has been softened through the use of wood-effect cladding, soft carpets and upholstered acoustic panels. The central conference table, surrounded by comfortable armchairs, creates a space conducive to meetings and negotiations, whilst the offices – whilst maintaining consistency with the overall design – reflect the individual interests of their occupants.
The kitchen and dining area have been designed as a space for team bonding. It is a space for daily gatherings, shared breaks and building relationships, rather than merely a staff facility. The design’s coherence is also evident in the circulation halls, where a visual identity inspired by road signage organises the space and reinforces the overarching theme of the entire project.

Materials, durability and details
Given the direct connection between the office area and the workshop, it was essential to select materials that could withstand heavy use and were easy to maintain. Durable finishes have become an integral part of the design, emphasising the technical nature of the space. The raw surfaces are balanced by the soft forms of the furniture, upholstered acoustic panels and numerous plants, which introduce a natural balance.
The design is complemented by artworks referencing the theme of transport, as well as furniture from Polish manufacturers selected for its ergonomics, durability and high-quality craftsmanship.
The office designed by Żurawicki Design proves that architecture can become one of the most important tools for building the image of a contemporary brand. It is a space where functionality, visual identity and aesthetics form a coherent whole, meeting the everyday needs of users and reinforcing the company’s character.
