Located in a quiet, residential area of Wilanów, this exceptional flat combines a modern interior with the surrounding greenery thanks to its large windows and three terraces. The spacious roof terrace offers the chance to relax amongst the treetops and invites you to admire the city’s panoramic views.

The interior of this flat is the owner’s own design, in which she has achieved a harmony between the style of old Wilanów and a modern interior. Upon entering the flat through the spacious hall, one’s gaze is immediately drawn to the huge windows, which flood the space with light and blur the boundary between the interior and the greenery visible beyond. The owner has emphasised this seamless transition by selecting designer lighting that harmonises in colour with the terrace furnishings.
In the centre of the living room stands a blue sofa, which, together with the piano, forms the two most distinctive pieces of furniture upon which the interior is based. Copper, grey and cream accessories subtly complement the design without being overpowering, whilst the black, matt finishing touches lend the interior a sharper character. The architects also paid close attention to the selection of materials – natural and, above all, high-quality. In the kitchen, natural Brazilian granite and fine woods warm the interior, lending the modern décor a cosy feel.
IN THE PRIVATE RELAXATION AREA
The private area is separated from the formal living area thanks to the functional layout of the interior. Three bedrooms have been created, with the master bedroom additionally featuring access to a private dressing room, bathroom and sauna. The owners have converted the guest room into a workspace, dominated by white, black and natural light streaming in through the tall windows. The private area is an extension of the aesthetic seen in the living area. Here, too, the design is based on warm wood, copper and shades of grey. This combination has created a cosy atmosphere without losing its modern character.

URBAN ROOFTOP GARDEN
A unique feature of the apartment is the roof terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the capital. It is one of three terraces belonging to the flat and, at the same time, the largest. Thanks to the abundance of plants and the tree canopies surrounding the building, the terrace gives the impression of an urban garden, and thanks to its location at the top of the building, it also offers a sense of privacy.
The terrace has been divided into zones that the owners can use for relaxation or for entertaining guests and hosting al fresco dinners. The blue garden furniture complements the sofa from the living room. By designing the roof terrace in harmony with the interior, an open, connected space has been created where natural light and the connection with nature play the most significant role.
