This time, the “Architects’ Dinner” took place at Warsaw’s Nobu restaurant, which recently celebrated its fifth anniversary, in a space designed by the Medusa Group studio. The special guests of the evening were Przemo Łukasik and Łukasz Zagała, who spoke about the background to the project, the creative process and its architectural philosophy.
The guest of honour was Prof. Ewa Kuryłowicz, who outlined the guidelines for the next edition of the Stefan Kuryłowicz Foundation’s TEORIA competition. The latest, 29th issue of WhiteMAD magazine also had its premiere during the dinner, presented by the editor-in-chief, Kamil Białas.
The event was attended by Friends of OKK! PR – representatives of the Omnires, Rubio, Karltell, Aluprof and Kontakt Simon brands, architects, developers, the media and opinion leaders associated with the design community.
“Architects’ Dinner” is an initiative by Olga Kisiel-Konopka, owner of the OKK! PR agency, well known in the architecture and design industry. The project was launched four years ago and involves organising intimate gatherings that bring together brands associated with the agency and leading Polish architects. Each event takes place in unique venues across Warsaw, where the atmosphere is conducive to conversation, sharing project stories and exchanging experiences. A carefully curated culinary experience is also an integral part of the gatherings.
– For me, the dialogue between brands and architecture and architects is a process that has evolved over the years – both in business terms and in terms of understanding the impact of architecture on our lives. Over the decades, OKK! PR has established many valuable relationships with architects, journalists, developers and companies involved in design, art and craftsmanship. For me, the most important thing remains our agency’s day-to-day work and the OKK! design series of meetings, which has been organised since 2012. However, I must admit that the idea of the ‘Architects’ Dinner’ is particularly exciting to me – it’s a space for a more intimate, spontaneous industry dialogue,” says Olga Kisiel-Konopka.

The aim of the meetings is not only to bring the community together, but also to exchange ideas, develop mentoring relationships and reflect on the role of architects and manufacturers in building a sustainable future. The organisers are committed to creating a strong, engaged community for whom design is more than just a profession; it is a passion and a way of thinking about the world.
Further brands interested in collaborating with leading architectural practices and actively participating in industry dialogue are welcome to join the series.
