Interior design is a field of creativity that is exceptionally closely linked to the recipient – their character, feelings and expectations. How should we talk about design today in order to be heard and understood? Studio Buśko Design has found several ways of modern communication.
Buśko Design Interior Architecture is a studio operating in Kołobrzeg since 2003. It has numerous projects of public spaces, leisure facilities and private homes to its credit – modern, functional and beautiful. Monika Buśko-Kuś, who runs the studio, puts people first: their individuality, their place in the world, their relationship with nature. She emphasises that the basis of every project is a conversation with the investor or future resident, a joint search for the essence of the project and the paths that will lead to it.
A well-designed place on the web
The architects are constantly striving to improve this dialogue with their audience. Recently, they have taken two important steps: creating a new website for the studio and an introductory film about their work. The idea behind the first task was to design a space on the web that is as modern, comfortable and friendly as Buśko Design’s projects. Contemporary people often live in virtual reality, so it is important that they feel comfortable and “at home” in it.

The new website has an elegant look and a clear structure; visitors can easily find projects from various areas of Buśko Design’s activity. Nature is very important to architects – as inspiration and an unrivalled model – which is why greenery occupies a prominent place in both the projects and the new website.
A film in the language of architecture
The studio’s second project is a short film about Buśko Design. We are always happy to talk about our work, present our vision of architecture, and show its place in the world and in the life of a specific person. In the end, however, we felt that perhaps too many words had been gathered, which still could not express all our feelings, thoughts and ideas… After all, the language of an interior designer is images! – says Monika Busko-Kuś. This is how the film was created – not so much to advertise the studio, but to artistically describe its work and ideas. Nature plays an important role in it, as an object of fascination and a source of inspiration. The viewer will also learn how much attention architects devote to a project at every stage of its implementation . In a fast-paced world , we also have to act quickly and efficiently , says Monika Busko-Kuś , but we try never to lose the attentiveness and calm that are the basis of a good design.
