In the heart of the picturesque spa town of Świeradów-Zdrój, surrounded by the greenery of the Jizera Mountains, Bulwar Izerski is being built – an exclusive complex of four apartment buildings with 60 modern units. The project, developed by Tessera Property, combines noble design with the comfort of living in one of the most beautiful parts of Lower Silesia.
Świeradów-Zdrój is a picturesque spa town located in the heart of the Jizera Mountains, known for its unique microclimate and the richness of its radon-ferrous waters, which have attracted visitors from all over Europe since the 19th century. No wonder! The place is famous for its picturesque nature. Surrounding the town are the unique peat bogs of the Jizera Valley – a reserve of almost 485 ha, where you can admire rare plant and bird species and soak up the colours of nature in every season. From spring and summer green through the colours of autumn mosses and heather to the white of winter. It is in such natural surroundings that the new Bulwar Izerski flat project will be realised.
Świeradów-Zdrój is an ideal place for those seeking peace and closeness to nature and wishing to enjoy the offer of a mountain resort all year round. We are committed to creating a place whose architecture will blend harmoniously with the natural landscape of Świeradów-Zdrój, while at the same time providing residents with a modern standard of living. By constructing all four buildings in parallel, we are shortening the waiting time and maximising the efficiency of the investment,” says Andrew Alexandrowicz, CEO at Tessera Property.
Bulwar Izerski is a complex of four modern buildings, whose architecture combines modern solutions with a hint of traditional construction. A total of 60 flats will be built here, ranging in size from 22.5 to 44.5 square metres. Each has been designed with full functionality in mind – from cosy studios to spacious ones with two rooms. Private terraces and gardens will allow residents to enjoy direct contact with the mountain nature, offer a place for morning coffee in the sunshine or evening relaxation with birdsong.

The turnkey interiors, finished in cooperation with the renowned Decoroom company, will be distinguished by attention to detail and high-quality finishing materials. To increase the attractiveness of the investment, future owners can take advantage of the services of an experienced rental operator, who will guarantee a comprehensive service for guests, leaving them free to enjoy an unlimited stay. The flats are subject to a VAT rate of 23 per cent and the estimated rate of return in short-term rentals is 10-11 per cent per year.
The complex will feature a green patio with a pergola and swings, a relaxation area equipped with an outdoor sauna and a hot tub, and a restaurant with a terrace located by a mountain stream. The extensive infrastructure will also include parking spaces and communal spaces designed for family recreation.
Bulwar Izerski is a response to the growing demand for properties that combine the advantages of a mountain resort with the convenience of modern living. Construction is scheduled to start in November 2025 and be completed in June 2027, with flat prices starting from PLN 13,000 per square metre. The realisation of the investment is supervised by Tessera Property, a developer with an established position on the market and the author of prestigious projects in Wrocław, such as Księcia Witolda 43 and Aleja Dębowa 17-19.
