The Dąbrowskiego 9 building will be constructed in the western part of Szczecin, at the junction of Dąbrowskiego and Piekary streets. It is a quiet corner of the city, but at the same time allows quick access to the centre. The proximity of recreational areas and green spaces will encourage outdoor activities.
