In September, Bologna will once again become a world centre of innovation and design. From 22-26 September, the Cersaie International Trade Fair for Ceramic Tiles and Bathroom Furnishings will take place, which has been attracting design industry leaders, architects and manufacturers from all over the world. It is an event that not only sets the trends in the area of design and space arrangement, but also allows you to establish valuable business relationships and follow the latest trends. Deante and Deante Design Studio, a Polish manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen fittings and equipment, consistently building its position on international markets, will also be among the exhibitors.
Deante and Deante Design Studio – Polish design on the international stage
Among the exhibitors at this year’s edition of Cersaie will be Deante and Deante Design Studio, a Polish manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen fixtures and fittings, consistently building its position on international markets. At stand B28, located in Hall 32, one of the highlights will be the announcement of a new collection of mixers, prepared in collaboration with an Italian design studio that has been working for years with global brands such as Philips, Samsung and De’Longhi. The collaboration with Deante Design Studio is an example of the combination of Polish design thought and the Italian approach to design, which together create fresh and unobvious design solutions. Only four models from the collection will be shown at the fair – a kind of preview, with a full launch scheduled for early next year.
Visitors will also be able to get acquainted with other flagship series of Deante and Deante Design Studio. Among them will be Silia, whose delicate lines inspired by the form of a classic tube combined with modern technological solutions show that minimalist design can go hand in hand with functionality. Also noteworthy is the complementary nature of the collection, comprising bathroom fittings, ceramics and accessories, which together create a complete and harmonious space. One of the products in the series – the Silia rain shower – received the prestigious Red Dot award in 2024, confirming the exceptional design and functionality of the collection.
There will also be the Arnika collection, inspired by the Scandinavian philosophy of hygge. It is a proposal that brings a sense of comfort and balance to interiors, based on simplicity of forms and proximity to nature. The mixers from this series perfectly match both Scandinavian arrangements and the increasingly popular Japanese style or loft minimalism, giving architects a wide range of interpretation possibilities.
The Temisto collection, on the other hand, is a proposal for those who are looking for a design that escapes clear-cut classification. Here, stylised, retro details meet modern touches and innovative coatings to create products with a unique character. The series is available in three finishes – deep black, shiny chrome and an elegant brass shade – allowing designers to match the mixers to a variety of style concepts.
Deante will also present a wide range of granite products – from basins to shower trays to sinks. The brand offers the same models in different material variants, which gives designers full freedom of choice while maintaining stylistic consistency. Examples include Momi sinks, available in both granite and ceramic, or Magnetic, offered in granite and steel.
Cersaie – the world design centre
More than 95,000 people visited the exhibition during last year’s edition. On the nearly 145 000 m² of exhibition space, 606 manufacturers from 25 countries presented their offerings, showcasing the latest collections, materials and innovative solutions. Cersaie is not only about exhibitions – it is also about a rich programme of accompanying events, including lectures, panel discussions and meetings devoted to architecture, design and construction. For architects, designers and industry professionals, it is a space for the exchange of knowledge, inspiration and an opportunity to establish international business contacts.
The presence of Deante and Deante Design Studio at Cersaie confirms the ambitions of the Polish manufacturer to actively participate in the global dialogue on design. It proves that the brand not only responds to current trends, but also creates new directions by combining functionality with aesthetics and opening up to international collaborations.
