on 21-22 November DOMOTEKA will invite visitors to the autumn edition of DOMOdesign, an event that will combine industry know-how, inspiration and a family atmosphere. Friday will be a real treasure trove of knowledge for architects, designers and those who appreciate good style, accessories and new trends in interiors. The forthcoming edition is organised under the motto “Interiors matter”, the theme of the activity will focus on practical knowledge and tools supporting the daily work of people designing spaces.
Friday’s programme will include a number of free workshops and lectures by recognised experts. On Saturday, the centre of design and interior design will be taken over by families. The journalist Gabi Drzewiecka, one of the most recognisable personalities of the Polish radio and television scene, will invite, among others, for creative creation of Christmas decorations.
A special guest at this edition will be Dawid Gaboriaud, a French chef known from many TV programmes, who will cook delicious dishes for tasting. During both days, visitors will also be able to see the LUDISM objects exhibition, created by Noke Architects and Ola Niepsuj. DOMOdesign already promises to be a weekend worth spending at DOMOTECE.

Friday – a day for architects and interior designers
Workshops and lectures will start punctually at 12:00, when the first two meetings will start in parallel: the session Yoga Nidra – Deep relaxation and energy restoration led by Marta Sawicka-Danielak, and the workshop Public speaking and camera without stress led by TVN journalist Katarzyna Jaroszyńska.
At 12:30 p.m., Jacek Tryc will invite participants to a practical workshop entitled ‘Kitchen according to Jacek Tryc – how to design kitchens’, devoted to solutions used in professional kitchen projects.
At 1 p.m., two further meetings will begin: lawyer Agata Sacharuk will discuss issues related to data protection and copyright law during the workshop “Legally and effectively”, while Anna Grużewska (Czas na wnętrze) and Yassen Hristov will lead the discussion “From design to publication. How to promote your realisations in the press and online’.
At 13:30, architect Karolina Janczy will give her presentation “How to design a bathroom for the discerning”, enriched by a presentation of trends from the Cersaie fair.
At 14:00 it will be possible to take part in one of three parallel events.
The workshop “Designer vs Contractor – cooperation without tension”, will be led by architects Ada Skwira, Małgorzata Liebhart (WZ Studio) and Mariusz Dąbkowski.
Olga Kisiel-Konopka will deliver the lecture ‘PR for Architects. How to build a brand that attracts clients and the media”, while in the DOMOTEKA main area Agnieszka Lesiuk will present diplomas to the winners of the DOMOwiedza programme.
At 2:30 p.m., attendees will meet at the Decoroom workshop on creating moodboards in the modern classic style, led by Ksenia Kryzhnenko, carried out in collaboration with partner Rubio Monocoat Polska.
At 15:00, two more events will begin: Ewa Mierzejewska will talk about ‘How to bring art into interior design’, and Lukasz Siwiec will reveal how to style an interior for a photo shoot.
From 16:00 onwards, participants will be able to choose between the workshop “How to use ChatGPT like a professional”, which will be conducted by Artur Balicki, and the class “How to record rolls that build an architect’s brand”, led by Aldona Banasiuk-Suchorzewska.
At 4:30 p.m., in the DOMOTEKA main zone, there will be an author meeting with Jakub Szczęsny, dedicated to his book ‘Luxury versus the simple life’.
The late afternoon will be filled with two panel discussions. At 17:30 Anna Federowicz of Tremend will talk about how to build a studio with international reach, and at 18:20 the conversation ‘Art and design in architecture’ will begin with Olga Kisiel-Konopka, Anna Halarewicz, Krzysztof Renes and Edyta Barańska.

Saturday full of family attractions
on Saturday 22 November, DOMOTEKA, together with journalist Gabi Drzewiecka, will invite whole families for a day full of surprises and a festive atmosphere. The programme will include workshops on making soy candles, Christmas wreaths, decorations and Christmas box compositions. All activities will be led by experienced instructors and participants will take home their handmade decorations. During the event, guests will also be able to enjoy culinary highlights, including live cooking with David Gaboriaud, a French chef known for his many TV shows. The Mercedes-Maybach S 680 Haute Voiture limousine, a car combining V12 power with high fashion aesthetics, produced in only 150 examples, will also be on site.
Friday plus Saturday – special price offers
