The Perfumiarnia estate is located in an attractive location next to Wilson Park in Poznań. The buildings were designed by architects from the JEMS studio. Inside there are large flats, which we have already written about several times (for example HERE). Now we take a look at another one, the interior of which was designed by Marika Baczmańska of the Baczmańska Design studio.
The architect’s task was to design a flat with an area of 120 square metres. It is a four-room unit with two bathrooms, a dressing room and a washing machine. A young couple and their son live here. The investors wanted a family interior that would serve them successfully for many years.
Various styles were used in the design. There are hamptons, art deco and modern classic motifs. The harmonious combination created a bright space. The colour scheme is based on warm shades of grey, beige and cream, which interact with accents of bottle green and gold.
The unusual layout of the flat, with its diagonal walls, required an innovative approach to space planning. All the rooms were designed with functionality in mind, providing roomy built-in furniture,” describes the interior designer.
A keen eye will notice that an arch motif has been used in the design. It is present in the furniture and decorations, which was intended to give the rooms coherence and elegance. Attention is drawn to sophisticated accessories such as original lamps and handles. The non-standard shapes of the rooms became the background for the rich stuccowork. The impression of space is enhanced by the height of the rooms, which reaches 3.5 metres.

Baczmańska Design is an interior design studio based in Poznan. Its founder is Marika Baczmańska. The studio does not limit itself to the Wielkopolska region in its design work.
