The aim of the project is to support specialists providing medical aid in areas where access to healthcare remains a major challenge. Health is in fashion – Moodsy supports medics in Ghana
The project arose from the need for tangible action and support for those who help others every day, often in very difficult conditions. Since its inception, moodsy has been committed to supporting the medical community, even beyond its day-to-day professional work.
“We help those who help others” — this is the idea behind the joint initiative by moodsy and the Omenaa Foundation.
Vanessa Mensah — a moodsy ambassador and medical student who actively supports the work of the Omenaa Foundation and the Hands for Hope project in Ghana — emphasises that access to basic medical care is still not a given for many children and families. It is precisely these people who show that help goes beyond mere words. By bringing together the worlds of medicine, education and humanitarian work, they become part of real change where help makes a huge difference.
100% of the funds raised will be allocated to equipping medical clinics as part of the Hands for Hope project in Ghana. The project aims not only to assist local medical staff but, above all, to increase access to basic healthcare for local communities and children. Partners and artists donating their works to charity are also involved in the project’s activities. On 23 May, a special event organised around the project will take place in Poznań, bringing together people involved in social, medical and artistic initiatives.
“We believe that business can have a real social impact. This project is a natural step for us and an opportunity to support people who save the health and lives of others every day,” emphasises Dagmara, founder of moodsy.
