Hotel-style flat in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

The hotel-style flat, which was created by architect Piotr Pamta (studio P:AM), is located on the edge of Warsaw’s Mokotów district, in one of the newly built apartment buildings. The unique 110 m² flat has been created in a setting of office buildings and elegant lobbies, perfectly in keeping with the owners’ love of the hotel atmosphere. From the outset, the couple, together with their dog and cat, had clearly defined expectations – they wanted an interior with an atmosphere reminiscent of the luxurious spaces in which they often stay during business trips. Working with a designer, they created an interior full of elegance, modernity and comfort, ideally reproducing the atmosphere of a luxury hotel flat, which at the same time serves as a cosy home.

The interior is a tale of modern elegance, sophistication and attention to every detail – from the materials to the thoughtful colour palette, which is dominated by shades of white, beige and dark wood. Here, everything seems to be in its place and the space invites you to spend time together, relax and celebrate everyday moments.

The first thing that catches the eye are the monumental large-format tiles manufactured in Italy. In the living area, the focal point is a large, comfortable sofa in front of which stands a low coffee table made of dark wood with a distinctive texture, which fits perfectly with the elegant character of the interior. Side tables, also in dark tones, complete the look, serving as a place for books, a cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Behind the sofa, along the entire wall, a built-in made of dark wood extends. Each alcove and shelf has been carefully planned – some of which serve as storage for glass accessories, discreetly exposed thanks to gentle backlighting. The stone texture of the walls, the dark wood and the matt finishes add depth and intimacy to the interior, exuding calm and class.

The kitchen, seamlessly connected to the lounge area, is a nod to rawness and modern design. Dark wooden cabinets and marble countertops create a harmonious whole, while sleek details such as the black tap and designer hood give the kitchen a modern feel. An industrial accent in this space is the walls finished in quartz sinter, perfectly harmonising with the whole. Spot lighting above the worktop and pendant lamps above the kitchen island create a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for cooking and meeting loved ones.

Moving deeper into the flat, we reach the owners’ private area – an elegant bedroom combined with a dressing room and bathroom. This area was designed with complete comfort and privacy in mind, creating an intimate resting place where sophistication and functionality complement each other harmoniously. The dark, matt wall in the bedroom behind the bed, combined with the light fabrics, creates a contrasting effect that adds depth to the interior. Modern bedside lamps and subtle details complete the whole, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel-style flat is a space that combines comfort with modern design. The lighting acts as a discreet narrator – each light source has been thoughtfully designed to highlight the beauty of the materials and details. With subtle contrasts, luxurious materials and functional solutions, it becomes the perfect place to live. How do you like the hotel-style flat according to studio P:AM?
