House in Malina near Wroclaw. Peace and harmony reign here!

Agnieszka Czarnocka and Daria Świszczorowska, operating as part of the Holm Studio, presented their latest realisation, which was created in Malin near Wrocław. Room by room, the architects guide us through the interior they have created. The effect? Judge for yourself!

Kitchen: Sage kitchen full of harmony and character!
Sage green cabinet fronts, light-coloured worktops and wooden accents create a cosy and natural space. The wooden pantry door, made from reclaimed wood – a beautiful example of how to give materials a second life – adds a special touch. Hanging plants, geometric tiles and a built-in wine rack complete the look.
The perfect place to cook and spend time with loved ones

The dining room: a cosy interior full of warmth and nature.
The dining room impresses with wooden beams, boho accessories and soft lighting that creates a unique atmosphere. A wooden table, comfortable chairs and decorative details such as rattan circles and wall ornaments add lightness and style to the space. In the background, the kitchen in shades of sage blends in perfectly with the whole to introduce calm and harmony. The greenery of the plants enlivens the interior, emphasising the natural character of the place. It is the ideal space for family gatherings and celebrating everyday moments at the communal table.

Living room
A living room that envelops you with warmth and tranquillity. The soft sofa invites you to relax, while natural wood, muted beiges and delicate fabrics create a cosy atmosphere. Large windows let in plenty of light and connect the interior to the garden, bringing nature inside. It is a place where time passes more slowly and every corner invites you to relax with a cup of coffee and a good book. A home that soothes the senses and gives a sense of harmony. There is no television here only a screen hidden in the ceiling. The living room has been designed for socialising and spending time together. The focal point of the space is a large, comfortable sofa

The bedroom, a natural oasis of calm.
An interior that soothes the senses with its harmony and cosiness. Rattan accessories, natural wood and beige fabrics create a warm space. Soft greenery and atmospheric textiles complete the look, adding life and character to the interior. The perfect place to relax. Sage doors lead into the dressing room.

Windbreak
Metal doors with glass panels are the perfect solution for the hallway to open up the space optically and let in natural light. Their glass panels make even a narrow and dark hallway light and bright, and the rooms become more visually coherent

Master bathroom: modern elegance
Natural wood, stone washbasins and atmospheric lighting create a warm, harmonious space. The ideal bathroom for relaxing after a long day. The bath area combines an elegant bathtub with a comfortable shower, separated by delicate glazing.

Smaller bathroom
Wood, rubbed blue tiles and an asymmetrical shower with a chevron wall create a harmonious, warm space. The whole is complemented by black details that add a subtle elegance.
