The design of this interior was prepared by Monika Rogusz-Witkoś of the COI STUDIO studio several years ago. Despite the passage of time, the interior still looks fresh and attractive. The designer managed to avoid passing trends, opting for original solutions that give the flat a timeless character.
The interior design is the result of collaboration between Monika Rogusz-Witkoś of COI Studio and the investor, who knew exactly what she wanted. This interior is not meant to be a manifesto of luxury, but a testimony to feminine sensitivity and subtle strength. Every detail was carefully discussed – from the layout of the walls to the choice of materials – to create a harmonious backdrop for the owner’s busy life.
The investor works in the media, enjoys the company of other people and beautiful objects. She loves to cook, receive guests and celebrate quiet moments alone with herself.
Made-to-measure
She travels, loves design and subtle feminine energy. All this was to be reflected in her home. Not as scenography, but as an everyday backdrop – soft, luminous, full of quality and meaning, explains Monika Rogusz Witkoś.
The cosy interior is very well lit with natural light. The designer points out the poetic aspect of this light, as the rays also penetrate the interior and are reflected in the mirrored façade of the neighbouring building.
The interior is like a story of coherence in diversity. The designer has skilfully combined different textures and materials, finding a common denominator for them. In one place, the floor is decorated with micro-cement in a smooth, warm texture, and in another with elegant herringbone. Plasters with a soft, almost leathery texture and stone with subtle markings interact with natural light to create a play of light and shadow on the walls. This effect is best seen in the morning and afternoon.

Materials with soul
In this space, every detail has been carefully considered. The oak furniture, brushed and oiled to highlight the grain, blends seamlessly with the micro-cement on the floor. An original table design, made in collaboration with local artisans, meets soft stone with a poetic pattern, and fine brass handles designed for the HVYT brand by COI Studio complete the look.
Personal items
Each piece of furnishings is a separate story. In the bedroom, the sculptural form impresses with a bowl by RAIOS by Maria Klar and Małgorzata Kopczyk, and right next to it, the composition is complemented by a painting by Sonia Dubois, which emphasises the feminine energy of this asylum. In the kitchen, a yellow vase by Paititi Studio adds colourful excitement, while the minimalist Aromas lamp floats above the island, drawing straight lines with light. In the living room, the phenomenal Aurora XL from Hasik Design blends seamlessly with the softness of the EAVE sofa and Audo Copenhagen rug, while the cosy KNITTING armchair reinterprets craft traditions in a modern twist. The HAY lamp in the reading nook and the Grand Hotel Lobby ceiling light from Hudson & Hunters in the bedroom create just the right amount of day and night drama.
Designed in this way, the interior does not shout; it has humility and depth. It is a silent narrator that accompanies the investor every day and responds to her needs in the best possible way.
