Its interior was designed by architects from the Nubo studio. The flat in Mokotow is characterised by minimalism, but in a warm and pleasant way. Elements of japanese are interspersed here with stronger colour accents.
The apartment is located in a new building in Mokotów, Warsaw, near Domaniewska Street. Its interior was designed by the architects for a young person who works a lot and travels frequently. The interior was therefore intended to be a soothing place for regeneration.
The flat in Mokotow has a clear layout. As you enter, a corridor stretches out in front of you, from which you can enter a bedroom and a bathroom. At its end is a living room with a kitchenette. The well-thought-out development layout meant that the architects did not have to demolish walls. They worked on an existing solution that meets the investor’s needs.
The investor wanted his flat to be cosy and the interior to be decorated with wood. This desire was realised. The architects chose veneer, which blended perfectly with the strong green accents in the cabinetry and the lighter elements in the furniture.
The flat is very bright and therefore appears larger. The living area with kitchenette has been designed to accommodate all the necessary functions. The living area therefore consists of a seating area, a dining area and a kitchen area.
Order is easier to maintain here thanks to the numerous cupboards. This can be seen in the bedroom, which is equipped with a large number of built-in furniture. Throughout the interior, the dominant colour scheme is imposed by the natural shade of wood. Earthy colours also appear here, varied by black accessories in the lighting, handles and furniture details. In the bathroom, it was possible to design a spacious shower. A highlight of this room is the large window, which further brightens up the bathroom.
When asked about their favourite part of this realisation, the architects point to the corridor wall, which is covered with veneer. There is a concealed door that flows seamlessly into the bedroom enclosure. These are details, but they make a huge difference.

About the studio:
Nubo Interior is an interior design studio that focuses on thoughtful functionality in its projects and the creation of spaces with a clear and transparent form. The studio does not create spaces in just one chosen style, but its portfolio makes it clear which directions are closer to its aesthetic heart. “We are in love with classic modernity with art deco elements, just as much as we are in love with minimalist interiors with a loft claw,” – reads the studio’s website.
