The interior of the flat in Gdansk was designed by Anna Burzyńska of Noomistudio. It is a spacious space that consists of a living room combined with a kitchenette, a bedroom and two bathrooms.
The interior design was based on the japanese style, which promotes tranquillity and balance. The natural materials used, such as oak veneer, bring a sense of authenticity and warmth. This was the effect expected by the owners, who wanted a consistent colour scheme that harmonised with the organic shapes of the floral compositions. The beige base was varied by the designer with burgundy accessories such as cushions.
The living room was designed for socialising and spending time together. The focal point of the space is a large, comfortable sofa. Right next to it stands a distinctive bookcase made of veneer, which combines functionality with aesthetics. The entire arrangement is conducive to relaxation and integration, creating an atmosphere ideal for daily relaxation.
The kitchenette complements the living area. It was made of veneer and warm white. The work area is decorated with a granite worktop in mottled red tones, while a detail of brushed gold knobs unified the colours into a whole. Between the kitchen cabinets, the designer used microcement, which works well in kitchen spaces.
The bedroom is a real oasis of calm. It features built-in units in a warm shade of white with wooden handles. This minimalist furniture emphasises the natural character of the room. Burgundy accents add a subtle touch of colour, breaking up the muted colour palette. The entire space is complemented by plants. Species such as olive tree and exotic plants have appeared in the space.
