Krakowskie mieszkanie według Furora Studio. Jest pięknie!

Krakow flat according to Furora Studio. It’s beautiful!

The Krakow flat by Furora Studio is a combination of elegance, light and subtle materials. The architects of Furora Studio have created a space that delights with harmony and detail. The interior was created by transforming two smaller units into one functional and light-filled flat. The main objectives of the project were to maximise light and visually open up the space. The curved passages and classic glass doors bring light into every corner, optically enlarging the flat and giving it a feeling of freedom.

Kitchen and living room – contrasts and classics

The living area, which connects the kitchen and the living room, has been designed with a balance between naturalness and elegance in mind. Light colours and raw oak parquet dominate, providing a neutral backdrop to the expressive, darker accents.

The lower kitchen unit, finished in veneer, interacts with the light hanging furniture section. The focal point of the kitchen is the tall, decorative built-in unit, which discreetly conceals all kitchen functions while acting as an aesthetically pleasing piece of furniture.

Stylish details and classic forms

The dining area features the timeless Tulip table and the iconic Fameg chairs in grassy tones – elements that bring freshness and energy to the interior. The lounge area is dominated by softness – rounded furniture, fabrics and organic forms correspond with simple, geometric mid-century-style blocks, creating a cohesive, eclectic whole.

A well-thought-out office area

The home office has been designed as an integral part of the living space. The central elements are custom-made desks with turned legs and aesthetically pleasing shelves to house personal mementos. The open-plan layout of the office means that the work zone does not isolate itself from the rest of the flat, but rather complements its character.

The bedroom – soft and intimate

The bedroom in this Krakow flat is a space created for relaxation. The dominant colours here are cream and natural wood, which warm up the interior. Rounded walls, a niche for a dressing table and subtle patterns on the fronts of the wardrobes emphasise the delicate, feminine character of the room. The soft, upholstered headrest of the bed is illuminated by a warm light from the side. This is complemented by the Oisoioi silk lantern, which emits a soft, almost ephemeral light.

Bathroom in a rhythm of harmony

The bathroom has been arranged in creamy green tones. It has been divided into three functional zones. From the entrance, attention is drawn to the waving mirror and the large veneer cabinet. A cabinet with decorative handles hides the necessary utensils, while an arched wall separates the bath area, creating an intimate relaxation space.

The distinctive floor pattern enlivens the interior and adds rhythm, contrasting with the delicate shapes of the other elements.

A flat that breathes light and tranquillity

Furora Studio’s design is a space where architecture becomes the backdrop for everyday life. Clear compositions, soft lines and sophisticated details create a place that is ideal for relaxing, working and being close to nature. A Krakow flat according to Furora Studio is not just a beautiful interior – it is a consciously designed space that tells a story of harmony, light and modern comfort.

About the studio:
Furora Studio – An original design studio run by architects Diana Żurek and Gutek Girk. In our studio, we strive to create spaces that are comfortable but not obvious – with a wink. Based on a combination of classic solutions with modern restraint and a touch of playfulness, we create sophisticated mirages. We look for healthy uniqueness and rely on expressive, bold ideas to give interiors a personal touch and a timeless dimension. Our palette is one of art, authenticity and a mix of different architectural styles, which we implement in the smallest details, disregarding trends but the needs and feelings of the Investors. In our projects, we use unusual forms, textures and colours to dress the surfaces and furniture we design. We make sure that each piece of furnishings is unique – without reaching for ready-made solutions, but by delving into the noble decorations and coherent accents of the manufactured objects. The whole becomes a seamless, integral space. You can find out more about the studio here: https://furora.studio
