The flat is located in the Wola district of Warsaw. Its interior was designed by Marta Dobiasz from the Nubo studio. The designer created a minimalist space here enriched with elements of the modern classic style.
The premises are located in a new building in the green part of Wola, near Powstańców Warszawy Park and Moczydło Park. The interior was designed for a couple who are often visited by friends. The designer wanted the flat not only to look great, but to be fully functional and pleasant to use.
The interior has a clear layout. On entering, we find ourselves in the hallway, with a large entry wardrobe and seating. The hall is open to the living room connected to the kitchenette. In this part there is an entrance to the toilet, the master bedroom and the study. The functional layout proposed by the developer required no changes. Only one wall was demolished, which separated the kitchen from the living room. This is because the investors wanted a connected, open space in which a larger group of people would also feel comfortable.
The kitchen area is large and ready for any culinary challenge, but at the same time it does not overwhelm the living area. This is helped by the curved design of the interior elements and the structure of the materials.
The proposed colour scheme is subdued, but also fresh and pleasing to the eyes. The investors wanted a shade that was not obvious, that was the main colour, but at the same time allowed combinations with beige, shades of grey or natural wood. The aim was to be expressive without being flashy. It worked.
