The todos.architekci studio has completed work on a design for a modern flat in the Grunwald district of Poznań. It was created with the investor’s individual needs in mind, which is evident in every detail of the finishing and layout of the space. Despite limited space, the architects skilfully arranged the interior, combining functionality with elegant design. An important aspect of the project was full author’s supervision, which guaranteed the highest quality of workmanship and conformity of the project with the investor’s vision.
The entire interior is distinguished by a subtle yet well-thought-out colour scheme, combining delicate beiges and greys with expressive stone accents. Such combinations add a modern yet elegant character to the space. In the living area, a demarcation was used between the kitchen and the living room, which makes the interior more structured and functional. The architects opted for minimalist forms and built-in appliances that blend in with the overall space. This solution ensures not only aesthetics, but also practicality in everyday use.
One of the highlights of the interior design is the green sofa, which is the centrepiece of the living room. Its colour contrasts with the delicate colour palette of the walls and furniture, creating a harmonious and eye-catching composition. This adds expression to the interior, without introducing too aggressive elements. In the kitchen and bathroom, contrasting combinations dominate – black elements combined with light greys. These colours create a dynamic and modern interior, which at the same time remains elegant and consistent with the rest of the flat.
Also noteworthy are the high-quality finishes that give the space a luxurious feel. Full-height doors introduce a sense of spaciousness, while gold details – such as furniture handles and lighting fixtures – add a sophisticated style to the interior. Adding to the cosiness of the interior is ambient lighting, which creates a warm, soft atmosphere. The design also features floral motifs on the bedroom wall and real potted plants that harmonise with the overall concept.
The flat in the Grunwald district of Poznań, despite its limited space, impresses with its well thought-out layout. The architects at todos.architekci placed particular emphasis on making each room as functional as possible. The separation of spaces in the living area makes the flat more comfortable to use. At the same time, the minimalist design does not overwhelm, but optically enlarges the interior.
