New Dior Saltwind trainers

The Dior Saltwind trainers were inspired by the classic canvas shoes once worn by US Marines on ships. They reinterpret the essence of this iconic footwear through the lens of Dior style. The shoes feature a flexible rubber sole, a rounded shape and a wider fit characteristic of Jonathan Anderson’s designs, making them comfortable to wear.

The trainers are available in a wide range of luxurious materials, including black or vintage Dior Oblique jacquard, grey or green nubuck, and canvas decorated with embroidery featuring lucky motifs such as four-leaf clovers and flowers – symbols referring to Christian Dior himself. Each version has its own unique character.

Two new versions add an extra touch of exclusivity: one decorated with blue and orange embroidery, the other with a metallic houndstooth pattern on beige wool.

The whole is complemented by distinctive details such as contrasting grosgrain stitching and a subtle “Dior” inscription on the heel and a square label sewn onto the tongue.

The new model is now available in boutiques.
