A new premium residential development is under construction in Katowice. O27 Apartamenty Opolska is the first project being developed in the city by Trust Investment. The 95-metre-high skyscraper will house 406 flats and offer residents access to a wide range of communal spaces.
Location of the new skyscraper
The new high-rise will be built on Opolska Street. This is currently one of the most representative neighbourhoods in Katowice. In its vicinity are important and iconic buildings such as the Spodek arena, the railway and bus stations, as well as the Market Square and universities. The investment has been designed precisely for people looking for functional, well-connected flats in the centre of the agglomeration.
Lifestyle according to O27
O27 Apartamenty Opolska will provide its tenants with both places to live and spaces conducive to relaxation and integration. In the building, as much as 750 sq m will be allocated for the furnishing of common areas, the arrangement of which will be managed by Dawid Woliński – a nationally renowned fashion designer who has also been actively involved in interior design projects for several years. The future residents of the skyscraper will be able to use, among other things, an elegant club with a bar, a wellness area with a sauna and a salt spring, as well as a coworking area with space for remote work.
O27 Sky Lounge – a view above the city
A leisure area will be created on the top floor of the development. Sky Lounge, as it is to be named, will offer residents a glazed viewing terrace, an outdoor cinema and a barbecue area. This area has been designed to provide tenants with unparalleled views and opportunities for interesting leisure activities without the need to leave the building.
Lightness of form and maximum functionality
The design of the skyscraper is characterised by a modern massing, where glazed surfaces are combined with openwork façade elements. From the ground floor to the 16th floor, loggias and terraces are provided, while the upper floors will be fitted with panoramic glazing. The high standard of workmanship is to be highlighted by, among other things, aluminium window frames. An additional asset will be the possibility to freely combine and divide the premises, depending on the individual needs of the residents. The ground floor of the development will be dedicated to services.
Lobby and other amenities
Right at the entrance to the building, guests will be greeted by a stylish lobby, designed with great attention to detail. The centrepiece of this space will be an art installation with a striking water wall. For the convenience of the residents, there will also be an eight-level garage hall under the skyscraper, a private pick-up point, a bicycle repair station and storage rooms. With electromobility in mind, provision will be made for the installation of chargers for electric cars. The building will also implement a shared function management system via the Blue Bolt mobile app. It will allow residents to open garage doors and summon the lift without the need for physical keys.
Trust Investment and experience in premium projects
O27 Apartamenty Opolska is another item in the portfolio of the nationwide developer Trust Investment. The company has already completed projects such as the Hugo Scobel Brewery complex in Gliwice and Sky Trust, a complex of three tallest residential buildings in Kielce. The new investment in Katowice is part of the company’s development strategy in the premium real estate segment.
