Stalowa Form 43.45 - nowa kamienica na Pradze

New townhouse in Praga. Steel Form 43.45 will fill a gap in the frontage

Warsaw’s Praga district has been experiencing a real building boom in recent years, radically changing the face of this historic district. Formerly somewhat neglected and sometimes abandoned spaces are now being filled with modern residential and commercial developments. At the same time, numerous renovations are being carried out on historic buildings that are regaining their former splendour. One of the latest developments in this trend is Stalowa Form 43.45, which represents a further step in the transformation of Prague’s urban landscape.

Designed to harmoniously combine modern solutions with the characteristic atmosphere of this part of Warsaw, the project refers to the rich architectural tradition of Prague. Thanks to the use of carefully selected materials and unique façade details, the investment fits in with the existing urban fabric while emphasising its character.

Stalowa Form 43.45 will fill a gap in the frontage development of Stalowa Street, restoring its former coherence and aesthetics. The architectural design draws inspiration from the historic buildings of the district, and its massing refers to the classic forms of modernism. The façade of the building is characterised by geometric divisions and robust finishing materials that ensure durability and an elegant appearance. The whole is enriched by refined details such as artfully crafted balustrades, floors and decorative elements inspired by traditional Warsaw craftsmanship.

The building will consist of five storeys and will house 107 flats of varying sizes – from compact studios of 26 sqm to spacious family flats of up to 109 sqm. Depending on the layout, the flats will be available in configurations ranging from one to four rooms. An additional advantage of the units will be spacious balconies, loggias and private gardens on the ground floor. The developer Dantex has also taken care of the appropriate infrastructure for motorised residents by providing parking spaces in the garage hall. In addition, the development will offer facilities for cyclists.

One of the most characteristic elements of Stalowa Form 43.45 will be the spacious entrance lobby, the design of which has been designed with attention to detail and high quality of finish. Large glazings will provide the interior with optimum access to natural light, and an additional aesthetic accent will be an impressive circular wooden bas-relief by the renowned artist Maciej Januszewski. Inside the building, there will also be an intimate courtyard, which will be landscaped with greenery, providing a natural place to relax. Carefully selected plants will include field maple, common hornbeam and star magnolia.
