Nice Things Fair in Warsaw on the weekend of 20-21 September!

This weekend 20-21 September the Fair of Nice Things opens autumn in Warsaw with flair! The grand opening of the new season at TRŁ WWA! at EXPO XXI promises to be exceptional – the event will be attended by a record number of 340 brands and designers, and the public will see as many as four exhibitions of Polish design, including a show of 40 new covers for “THE VARSOVIANER” project, created by leading Polish illustrators and illustrators, and a classic of Polish design – an exhibition about the most famous logos in history – including LOT, CPN and PEKAO.

This edition of TRŁ WWA! is a dream come true. Firstly – an amazing list of 340 exhibitors – a record in Warsaw! – and on it debuts and premieres that cannot be found anywhere else in Poland. Secondly – four exhibitions! Among them, the “Varsovianera” cover exhibition – a “must see” for those who love the capital – and an exhibition of the most famous Polish logos in history, such as LOT or CPN. Thirdly – a bigger hall! That is, not only more Polish design, but also more space and a place to relax,” say Ajka Mroczkowska, Anna Pruszyńska and Paweł Stremski – organisers of the Pretty Things Fair.

The Fair of Nice Things is the #1 design fair in Poland, which for 12 years has been changing Poland into a prettier place and winning the hearts of lovers of good design, design, illustration, interior design and all those who simply like nice things. TRŁ is a careful selection of the most interesting brands – many of which win awards at Polish and international design festivals. But the Fair of Nice Things is not only about shopping and inspiration, but above all about the amazing atmosphere and energy for which TRŁ is visited by an audience of many thousands.

Festival of premieres at TRŁ WWA! New furniture, new lamps, new ceramics! And even designer electric cars!

This season’s first edition of TR£ in Warsaw will delight amazing exhibitors from all over Poland, who cannot be found at any other events. The event of TR£ WWA! is the fair premiere of the LUDISM brand created by NOKE ARCHITEKCI and Ola NIEPSUJ. Their artistic objects-figures inspired by Slavic myths are a phenomenal display of a great combination of contemporary design with folklore and tradition. And since tradition in a new edition, ANDY CERAMIKA BOLESŁAWIEC – the manufactory from the capital of Polish ceramics is preparing a huge selection of classic Bolesławiec designs in contemporary forms for TRŁ. This stand will delight everyone – regardless of age and taste. Just like the premiere collection of artistic, insanely stylish vintage lamps from NO BEIGE FEELINGS, which take you back to the 1970s and the experiments of the Memphis group.

LUDISM

Debutants will make a big impression – hand ‘woven’ lamps and modern tables from DELULU STUDIO, a premiere collection of mirrors from SOLLA WARSAW, award-winning furniture from COTO KIDS at the Lodz Festival, or Scandinavian-style sofas from acclaimed Poznan boutique brand SCANDICSOFA, which is making its debut at TR£ in the capital this weekend. The Fair of Nice Things is famous for its diversity, so alongside the boutique Polish brands, foreign premieres will also surprise – we guarantee that the designer electric mini-cars from Italy and Switzerland at the CUBE MODERN ELECTRIC VEHICLES stand will draw all eyes, while colourful home accessories from New York-based AREAWARE will be shown at their stand by the YAMANN brand. Their salt and pepper grinders could be the hit of this edition!

Colour, more colour! Polish design getting bolder, Polish brands getting more interesting!

Colours are exploding in every zone of the Pretty Things Fair this autumn. Whether in wooden and steel furniture by newcomers DOT OBJECTS, ceramic sculptures by ZO STUDIO or 3D printed vases by the Krakow-based brand TWÓRCZOŚĆ RADOSNA PRACOWNIA. Deep colours delight the new collection of steel desk accessories from HOGAI, table and home textiles from the excellent FRANKA brand from Krakow, or in energetic blankets and bedspreads from PANAMA and SZMAT SKŁAD. The energy of young designers from brands such as LINES AND LINES or GIBKI.DESIGN, who not only play with colours, but look for new forms and references for everyday home accessories, is hugely gratifying.

As many as four exhibitions of Polish design in various guises – there has never been such a surprise at the Fair of Fine Things.
