One of the tallest buildings in Rzeszów will undergo modernisation. Among other things, the façade will be changed

ERBUD International, part of the ERBUD Group, has won another order for a comprehensive thermal modernisation project. This time, the company will rebuild one of the tallest buildings in Rzeszów. The gross contract value of the modernisation of this 15-storey administrative building, located at 1 Geodetów Street, is PLN 26.4 million. The work is to be completed within 24 months.

The project includes the comprehensive replacement and modernisation of the building’s key installations, including electrical, sewage, cooling, heating and the mechanical ventilation system. The plans also include the installation of an indirect heat substation and the renovation of the façade, which will dramatically change its character. The characteristic metal elements will be removed from the façade, and the whole will be kept in white and grey. The disfiguring air conditioners will also disappear. The building currently serves administrative and office functions, and is the headquarters of, among others, the Tax Administration Chamber or Totalizator Sportowy. The modernisation is intended to increase the energy efficiency of the building and improve the comfort of its users.
