Overlooking the park. Flat in the Poznan Perfumery

Its interior was designed by Anna Sliwka. The flat has 120 sq m and is located in the new building of the Perfumiarnia investment in Poznań. The advantage is the location, the surroundings of old tenement houses and the view of Wilson Park give the place an original character.

The owner of the flat likes to travel, pays attention to details and appreciates functionality. The key idea was to design the living room, dining room and kitchen in such a way that all these parts open up to the greenery outside the windows. The walls in the flat are not perpendicular, which was a challenge for the designer. To organise the space, she used arches.

The interior of the flat is created by strong colours and solids. A large wardrobe in the hallway, which penetrates into the living room, a green cubicle behind the sofa, which flows smoothly into the hallway and also conceals a cupboard and shelves. From the green cubby, one also enters the study through a hidden door.

There is no question of boredom in this interior. The space is enlivened by strong colours, which add a modern touch without being overwhelming. The designer opted for blue in the kitchen. Bottle green is used in the living room and lobby. The space is visually warmed by wood and the French herringbone floor.

The bedroom has a somewhat holiday atmosphere. The room is decorated with blue, wallpaper with a tropical motif and a rattan lamp. Here, the designer has designed wooden laths to cover the walls, ceiling and door. From the bedroom, through a blue door, you can enter the hidden dressing room and then the bathroom.
