The OVO Office building will be constructed in Puszczykowo near Poznań. Its advantages are its high-quality architecture and its proximity to the capital of Wielkopolska. It takes a dozen or so minutes to get to the centre of Poznań.
The building was designed by architects from the EASST studio. It is an experienced office which has designed numerous projects for both office and residential buildings. We have previously described, among others, Ogrodowa 12 – a complex of apartment buildings designed by EASST, which will be built near Stary Browar in Poznań (read HERE). In turn, the OVO Office project will be realised at the intersection of Wysoka and Studzienna Streets in Puszczykowo. It is an intimate, two-storey building whose colours correspond to the greenery growing nearby.
Anyone who runs a business knows how important the location of their company and its appearance are. Quality architecture has a positive effect on the image and, above all, on the comfort of the people working. To ensure both, the architects designed a building with a varied expression. The building looks different from each side. The body of the building has been somewhat integrated into the nearby slope, allowing it to blend in better with its surroundings.
The result of the architects’ work is a modern building with an “L” shape, the interior of which is filled with office and service premises. SOVO Development, which is realising the investment, has prepared spaces of various sizes for its clients. There are a total of 39 units in the building, with areas ranging from 15.08 to 83.23 square metres. Importantly, the building has its own car park.
The front part of the building is distinguished by a clear division into three levels. The ground floor and first level are decorated with a light-grey façade, the rhythm of which is determined by the huge glazing. To avoid monotony, the architects set back the ground floor slightly, creating an arcade. The second level is decidedly different, with walls clad in sheet metal in various shades of green. On this level, a generously sized terrace has been prepared for the owners, ideal for a moment of outdoor work or relaxation.
The design aimed to create a synthesis of modernity in detail with a classic building mass that blends in perfectly with its surroundings. The lightness of the structure was achieved through an additional composition that distributes the elements in space ,” explain Marcin Sucharski and Łukasz Sterzyński, architects of the EASST studio.
A similar philosophy has been applied inside. The space of the OVO Office is a combination of classic elegance and modernity. Sophisticated materials and noble details create a unique atmosphere, giving the opportunity for comfortable work and building prestige. The latter factor is also influenced by the lobby with a reception desk, which is the place where visitors to companies are first to arrive.
Why the idea to build an office building in Puszczykowo and not in the centre of Poznań? This location is a conscious choice. More and more people are choosing to live not in a large city, but in smaller centres outside the provincial capitals. This applies not only to Poznań, but also to Warsaw, Wrocław or Krakow. OVO Office is therefore the answer to the needs of local entrepreneurs who want to develop their businesses closer to home.
The OVO Office will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025, with prices for the commercial units starting from PLN 192,000. At the time of writing this article, half of the units have already been purchased or reserved. Current availability can be checked on the official website puszczykovo.pl.
