The SUpark underground garage was created by a company from Częstochowa. It takes up little space, is almost invisible, and the car parked in it will wait safely for its owner. Such a garage can be successfully built on a small plot of land, thus saving a lot of space. Its plus point is its aesthetics; the minimalist design can be matched to the appearance of the building. But there are more advantages.
Underground garages on the Polish market are a technological novelty. SUpark has developed a system that can be installed almost anywhere. Importantly, you don’t need planning permission to build such a garage and the installation itself takes a maximum of 72 hours.
An own house in the city is the dream of many Poles. The closer to the centre, the denser it is. The plots of land are smaller and you can forget about a spacious garden. Building a traditional garage takes up space that could be arranged in a completely different way. Instead of a shed with a gate, a green nook can be built for relaxing, spending time with loved ones outdoors or an exercise area. An underground garage can be successfully installed in front of the building. It will hide the vehicle under the surface and provide more space for the householders.

The structure can accommodate a car with a maximum length of 5.65 metres, a width of 2 metres (without mirrors) or 2.3 metres (with mirrors) and a height of up to 1.85 metres. In total, the lifting system will carry a vehicle with a maximum weight of up to 4 tonnes. The entire platform is airtight, preventing water penetration inside and maintaining a constant interior temperature of 4-5°C all year round. The upper platform of the garage can be fitted with an anti-icing system, which switches on automatically when the temperature drops below 3°C. Special heating mats prevent the accumulation of snow.
Exceptional user comfort is provided by the easy operation. Extracting the garage only takes about 45 seconds and parking itself is very intuitive. The garage is fully automated, and by equipping it with an emergency opening option, we can also open it in the event of a power failure, ” assures Michal Cianciara of SUpark.
Such a garage will successfully protect a premium car and is a safe place to store electric cars that are at risk of spontaneous combustion.
Operating the garage is intuitive and simple. Polish developers are working on a solution whereby the garage can be managed with the help of a mobile app. This fits in with the growing popularity of smart home systems. The control system is based on Bluetooth 4.0 technology, which protects users against the risk of copying the transmitter. The manufacturer ensures secure pairing, connection and protection against attacks.
Technical issues are as important as design. The underground garage is distinguished by an elegant design, giving the garage the opportunity to match the aesthetics of the house. On a day-to-day basis, the garage is invisible to users. It only makes its presence felt when the platform emerges from underground. The SUpark can be finished with materials that make it coincide in colour with the building or emphasise the design of the car. The upper platform can be paved, cobbled or decorated with grass. The possibility of planting greenery helps to visually connect the garage with the garden.
SUpark users can count on a guarantee of up to 15 years. The condition is that the garage is serviced regularly. The technology makes it possible to move the entire lift to another location, so if you move, the garage can be installed at the new location.
Finally, there is the question of ecology. Hidden underground, the structure does not absorb heat, making it environmentally neutral, and the components from which the garage is built can be recycled.
