Quiet luxury according to Halupczok: how kitchens built to last are created

Halupczok kitchens are now finding their way into customers’ homes across Poland via showrooms in the country’s largest cities. The company, based in Krzyżowa Dolina, also exports its furniture to markets in Germany, Norway and the United States. Thebrand has showrooms in Munich and New Jersey, whilst its presence in other countries is ensured by local representatives. This is quite an achievement, as it is difficult to compete in such a saturated market. However, Halupczok has found its niche. This lies in the use of high-quality materials and modern technologies, enabling it to create premium-segment kitchens. Halupczok demonstrates that Polish design can compete in the most demanding markets.

Investments for the future

Halupczok was founded in 2004 and has been growing rapidly ever since. A case in point was last year, when a new 2,500 m² production and storage facility was opened. This is not merely an expansion of infrastructure, but above all a strategic step towards full control over the kitchen manufacturing process. An in-house stone processing department, equipped with advanced technology and run by a specialist team, has enabled the company to reduce lead times, increase precision and open the way to new projects. At the same time, Halupczok has developed a logistics centre and created a modern office and staff area for its employees.

Last year, the company also took a significant step in the area of distribution by opening Poland’s first Veneta Cucine monobrand showroom. As the exclusive partner of this renowned Italian brand in the country.

However, infrastructure development is only one aspect of the changes. The other is the products themselves – collections that have become the brand’s flagship across markets from Europe to the United States. It is these collections that best demonstrate how Halupczok combines craftsmanship, technology and a contemporary approach to luxury.

Imperial Oak – the power of nature in a modern form

Among the collections that define the brand’s current stage of development, Imperial Oak holds a special place. It is the first model in the ‘Power of Nature’ series, a manifesto of respect for natural materials and artisanal precision. The furniture in this collection is made from locally sourced materials. In this way, the brand reduces its carbon footprint and emphasises the natural character of the entire series. Its most distinctive features are the substantial quartz sintered worktops and a sink made from the same material, featuring an antibacterial coating. Fronts in natural veneer, adorned with hand-polished slats, create a composition that blends tradition with modernity. A remote-controlled pull-out worktop allows the function of the space to be changed in seconds, whilst display cabinets combining glass and oak slats add a sense of lightness to the whole. Imperial Oak is a bespoke kitchen – tailored to the lifestyle, needs and aesthetic preferences of its future owner.

Arta – elegance that organises the space

The Arta collection is designed for lovers of refined minimalism. Graphite fronts with subtle grooves create an elegant, harmonious surface, broken up by the warm, wooden interiors of the display cabinets. The focal point of the design is a majestic island – a place for gatherings, conversations and cooking together. Hovering above it is a minimalist black extractor hood, which serves not only as a functional element but also as a striking stylistic accent.

Glass display cabinets, softly illuminated, showcase your favourite glassware and porcelain, creating a unique atmosphere. Arta is a kitchen that blends everyday life with elegance, and every detail – from the materials to the proportions – has been designed to inspire and create a space conducive to celebration.

Ravenna – modernity intertwined with tradition

Ravenna is a collection where innovation meets craftsmanship. The distinctive wooden dining top, which slides out manually from the island, and the system of solid American walnut folding doors give it a unique character. A colour palette inspired by nature – ranging from wood tones to shades of spices – creates a harmonious, subdued composition.

Fronts with a subtle sheen of bronze flecks are paired with the raw beauty of natural wood, whilst drawers crafted using the ‘dovetail’ technique highlight a commitment to traditional joinery methods. A wall-mounted display cabinet with vertically grooved glass, a sensor-activated extractor hood integrated with organisers, and decorative quartz sintered panels complete the look. Ravenna is a kitchen that combines functionality with the poetry of uncomplicated form.

New horizons

In the coming months, the company will focus on further shortening supply chains, developing personalisation and strengthening the team. It is the skills of the people, the quality of the process and consistency in action that are to be the source of competitive advantage, rather than the speed of delivery. Premium customers are increasingly looking at a partner’s value, sustainability and reliability, which is why Halupczok is committed to stable growth based on craftsmanship, technology and responsible decision-making.

The year 2025 was a time for building solid foundations. Now the company wants to build on them, growing in a thoughtful and long-term manner. As CEO Adrian Halupczok emphasises, “premium luxury is not a sprint, it is a marathon – it requires time, process and the courage to say ‘no’ where compromise would cost too much”. This approach is also evident in the company’s relationship with its customers. The kitchen is intended to be a space that stays with them for years, accompanying their daily gatherings and becoming part of their lives. That is precisely why – as he says – “it is not an expense, but an investment in peace of mind for years to come”.

This way of thinking about the product and the customer sets the direction Halupczok intends to take in 2026: calmly, consistently and with the firm conviction that quality will always prevail.
