She designed her dream place to live for herself in the heart of Poznań’s Jeżyce district. The place is also the headquarters of her studio – Baczmańska Design. When designing the place where she will discuss projects with her clients, she had to pay attention to every detail. After all, the interior is a showcase of her skills.
The architect opted for a thoughtful combination of modernity and functionality. Every element of the interior was designed with harmony and function in mind. A lot of space was devoted to the office area, which was designed to meet the needs of the architect’s work. The storage area, where material samples have their place, has been harmoniously integrated into the interior aesthetics.
The design shows a play of contrasts. Deep black is juxtaposed with subtle shades of cream and white, which give the space an elegant and dynamic feel. The omnipresent curves lend a sense of fluidity and aesthetic coherence.
There is a lot going on in this interior. The designer has opted for a variety of materials and textures – modern stucco, a geometric floor with a distinctive pattern, oval mirrors or tropical wallpaper make an unobvious but attractive combination.
The kitchen, of course, could not be missing from the flat. In shades of sponge-cream with brass accents, it combines elegance with functionality. The bathroom, on the other hand, is designed in dark tones. The shower cubicle, which is decorated with fluted glass, has an interesting appearance.
An important part of the site and an extension of the living area is the garden. It is an intimate place where you can relax for a while among the greenery, but also meet with clients. The garden, like the interior of the office, has been designed with harmony of form and function in mind.

Baczmańska Design is an interior design studio based in Poznan. Its founder is Marika Baczmańska. The studio does not limit itself to the Wielkopolska region in its design work. It carries out projects throughout the country. The studio deals with the design of residential, office and service interiors, from the first analysis of the investor’s expectations to the supervision of project execution.
