Łódź Manufaktura has undergone a spectacular spring metamorphosis. As a result of cooperation with Multidekor, the popular shopping and entertainment centre gained a colourful new look. The focal point of this year’s arrangement is the giant, artistic flowers, which are not only eye-catching, but also in keeping with an increasingly popular trend in the retail industry. Indeed, seasonal, themed decorations are becoming an important part of the marketing strategy to enliven the space and enhance the customer experience.
Contemporary shopping malls are increasingly turning to non-standard decorative solutions that go beyond traditional Christmas decorations. Colourful, spatial installations not only have an aesthetic function, but also affect the emotions of visitors, becoming the perfect backdrop for photos published on social media. Manufaktura in Łódź once again proves that an innovative approach to space arrangement can significantly increase the centre’s attractiveness. This time, the space in front of the building was given over to monumental floral creations.

The company behind the project is Multidekor, known for its many years of experience in the design and implementation of illuminations and light decorations for public and commercial spaces. A key aspect of the collaboration with Manufaktura was to create an arrangement that would be attractive both during the day and at night, attracting both Lodz residents and tourists. The giant flowers worked perfectly.
Monika Długosz-Łempicka, Marketing Director of Manufaktura, commented on the idea behind the project: “We want Manufaktura’s space to surprise, inspire and attract – not only with shopping, but also with emotions. The spring installation is an example of how art and creativity can make a real difference to the visitor experience. Together with Multidekor, we create places that are memorable and able to surprise.”

Mariusz Gagatko, Executive Director of Multidekor, also highlighted the aesthetic and marketing qualities of the installation: “The scaled flowers are not just decorations – they are striking light installations that attract attention both after dark and during the day. They are photo points with which the citizens of Łódź and tourists eagerly take pictures, sharing the images online. Thanks to such realisations, the shopping mall space becomes more open, friendly and simply joyful.”
The trend of themed seasonal installations that go beyond traditional Christmas decorations is gaining popularity in more and more places in Poland and Europe. The spring flowers adorning Manufaktura are a perfect example of how a unique atmosphere can be built creatively and effectively and engage visitors.
