Vegan desserts are not only a healthy alternative, but also an endless source of culinary inspiration. You don’t have to give up your favourite flavours – just substitute a few ingredients in your kitchen. Here are some tried-and-tested dessert recipes without dairy or eggs that are sure to delight all gourmands.

Chocolate cheesecake with tofu

Chocolate vegan cheesecake with tofu is no different from the traditional version. It is just as creamy, delicious and delicate. It tastes great on its own or accompanied by seasonal fruit or whipped cream. Then blend together the drained tofu, coconut milk and sugar. Spread half of the cream on top of the biscuits and top with another layer of biscuits. Cover with the remaining mixture. Sprinkle the finished dessert with cocoa and place in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours.
