on 15 May, the fourth Cosentino Centre in Poland was opened in Gdynia – a modern space for architects, designers and clients working with the Spanish brand’s materials. On stage, surrounded by a thousand red carnations, representatives of the company performed: Pedro Parra Uribe – Vice President Sales Europe, Hubert Rutynowski General Manager of Cosentino Centre Gdynia and Karolina Sieniawska – Marketing Coordinator. Pągowski studio was responsible for the spectacular creative concept and audiovisual setting inspired by Spain.
Gdynia – a new location on the Cosentino map
Cosentino centres are multifunctional spaces that combine a point of sale, a modern showroom and storage facilities. Visitors can see a wide range of Cosentino® mineral surfaces such as Dekton® or Silestone on site, learn about their practical applications and receive professional, tailored advice on the selection of solutions for specific projects. It is also a place of inspiration for architects to create even more exceptional designs.
The Tricity has incredible energy, great architecture and open-minded people who love a well-designed space. I hope that Cosentino’s presence will become not only a practical support for local architects and designers, but also a source of inspiration to create even more daring and beautiful projects ,” said Hubert Rutnowski, General Manager of Cosentino Gdynia Centre.
Official opening in the designer space
Thanks to the unusual visual setting prepared by Pągowski Studio, the Cosentino® Gdynia Centre turned into a mysterious space submerged in the colours of red. The leitmotif of the evening was the red carnation – the national flower of Spain and a talisman protecting against the forces of evil and trouble. Above the stage, covered with thousands of red carnations, a three-dimensional screen floated, presenting spectacular, pulsating visuals that created a hypnotic atmosphere.
The opening, hosted by Agnieszka Kaczorowska, referred to the Spanish tradition. Guests were invited on a musical journey from classical guitar played by Kacper Dworniczak to rousing sets of club music performed by DJ OLLIN.
The opening of the fourth Cosentino® Center in Poland – this time in Gdynia – is an important step in our global strategy. Poland is a key, dynamically developing market for us, where Cosentino’s sustainable spaces are ideally suited to local needs and challenging climatic conditions. By investing in another centre, we confirm our long-term commitment and readiness to support Polish architects at the highest level – Pedro Parra Uribe, Vice President Sales Europe.
