Roborock Flexi Lite

The new Roborock hoovers – a guide to the best model for you

Modern technologies can make it easier to keep our homes or flats tidy. They make cleaning less of a chore and yield better results. A real revolution are hoovers that clean dry and wet at the same time. Models such as the Roborock Flexi Lite, Flexi Pro or Dyad Pro Combo are designed to save you a lot of time! However, they differ in performance, features and price. If you are planning to buy a new hoover and are wondering which model suits your needs, you are in the right place. Our guide will help you find the perfect model for your home.

I guess everyone feels a real sense of joy when they can relax in a clean, tidy home after a hard day’s work. The desired order and cleanliness can be achieved without wasting a lot of time. For decades, we have become accustomed to a scenario that involves dry vacuum cleaning first, followed by tedious mop work. With Roborock hoovers, both of these tasks can be reduced to one. Whether you live in a cosy flat or a spacious house, these hoovers offer something for everyone.

Compact performance: Roborock Flexi Lite

We will start with the Roborock Flexi Lite hoover , a compact appliance specifically designed for dry and wet cleaning of hard surfaces in smaller homes and flats. This lightweight hoover (weighing just 4kg) is designed for easy manoeuvrability, enabling quick cleaning of dry and wet dirt on hard surfaces. Its cleverly designed head allows you to reach almost right up to the edge, allowing you to clean floors right next to skirting boards or furniture walls. The design of the hoover allows it to be laid flat for easy cleaning under low furniture, allowing you to easily reach difficult areas under sofas or TV cabinets.

Also impressive are the special sensors that automatically recognise the intensity of the dirt and, if necessary, increase the suction power to clean the surface more effectively.

The Flexi Lite does not disappoint in terms of power either. Featuring a powerful motor with a suction power of up to 17,000 pascal, the hoover offers a solid 40 minutes of operation on a full charge, making it more than adequate for everyday cleaning tasks.

Another interesting feature is the hoover’s ability to take care of itself. When you have finished cleaning, simply put the hoover back at the station and it will automatically start the self-cleaning function of the roller. The hoover then starts the self-drying function of this element, using air heated to 50 degrees Celsius and preparing it for the next use. The automatic cleaning and drying process of the roller takes 60 minutes, guaranteeing hygiene and removing odours, without any additional effort on the part of the user.

Operation of the device is aided by an LED screen with useful information and voice alerts in Polish to remind you, for example, to empty the dirty water container. With a 620 ml capacity for clean water and 400 ml for dirty water, the Flexi Lite is ideally equipped to keep your home in pristine condition.

Power and precision: Roborock Flexi Pro

For those with larger homes and more demanding cleaning needs, however, the Roborock Flexi Prowas developed . Like the model described earlier, the Flexi Pro hoover also cleans dry and wet, but boasts greater performance.

TheRoborock Flexi Pro version weighs 5 kg and has a more powerful battery that provides 50 minutes of operation. The clean and dirty water tanks are also more capacious. These are 730 and 450 ml respectively, which means it can clean a larger area (up to 420 sq m).

The head of the device has been designed in a slightly different way, so that the hoover effectively cleans the floor right at the edge on both sides of the roller (in the Lite version, this functionality is available on one side of the head). The Flexi Pro is equipped with Slide Tech technology, which – thanks to motors that drive the wheels in both directions – ensures smooth operation. The hoover can be held with virtually one finger and controlled effortlessly.

Like its previously described ‘little brother’ the Flexi Pro, the hoover also has a self-cleaning and self-drying function. The difference is the temperature and duration of this process. The roller in the Lite version is cleaned with water at room temperature, while in the Pro the water is heated to 60 degrees Celsius and air heated to 55 degrees is used for drying, reducing the total cleaning and drying time to just 30 minutes – half the time of the Lite version.

Roborock Flexi Pro can be connected to a smartphone via a dedicated app. With it, we can trigger automatic roller cleaning, determine the heat level of the water used in the process or check the battery charge level.

Finally, an important note for those who pay attention to both function and design. The Roborock Flexi Pro as well as the Flexi Lite received the Red Dot 2024 award for their unique design.

Versatile cleaning: Dyad Pro Combo

Stepping away from the Flexi range for a moment – if you’re looking for a cleaning solution that goes beyond floors, the Dyad Pro Combo could be your best choice. This hoover is a 5-in-1 device that allows you to clean wet and dry, and with interchangeable parts, it can do much more.

The Dyad Pro can be transformed into a multi-surface brush that effectively removes dirt and debris from carpets. Unlike traditional handheld hoovers, this powerful tool provides deep cleaning to keep carpets fresh and dirt-free. The electric mini-brush (designed for duvets and mattresses), on the other hand, removes dust mites well. This is important for maintaining good sleep hygiene.

Another feature that the manufacturer has taken care of is the cleaning head (the so-called crevice nozzle), which allows for effective cleaning of nooks and crannies such as tight spaces in the car. For more delicate tasks, there is the dusting brush, which, despite its small size, can manage dust on curtains or dirt particles on the computer keyboard. The fifth and final feature is the wet and dry cleaning function of the Flexi Pro and Flexi Lite, which saves a lot of time.

So what sets the Dyad Pro Combo apart from the Flexi range? Although it has identical suction power, the company’s engineers have accommodated several brushes in its head. With rollers rotating in opposite directions, the hoover removes dirt even more efficiently. Another feature is also the dispenser for cleaning fluid, the amount of which can be adjusted depending on the type of stains on the floor. The clean and dirty water tanks themselves are much larger, with 950 and 770 ml capacities respectively. However, like the models in the Flexi range, the Dyad Pro can also take care of itself thanks to the self-cleaning and self-draining functions.
