It is beautiful and unpredictable, gives a sense of peace and inspires awe. It is NATURE that guides the new issue of whiteMAD magazine. On the pages of the 23rd issue, we take a look at designs that have been created with care for the environment, using natural materials to make the user feel good and at ease. Naturally!
Traditionally, on the first pages of the issue, we take you to the world of young Polish fashion. We publish the collections prepared by Dominik Żyża and Wiktoria Król. Karol Gustavv Małecki, who has done a lot of fashion shoots, will talk about what it is like to stand on the other side of the lens. The photo published on the cover, Karol took for Daria Zawiałow.
In the “Architecture” section, you will read about beautifully designed houses, flats and commercial premises. Look out for Mandarin House, an Asian restaurant in Wrocław, whose interior was designed by Małgorzata Wojtyczka of Pracownia Projektowa Wojtyczka and Tomasz Taciak. The metamorphosis of an old house in Gostynin by Maja Dembowska of Dembowska Studio Architektury and Karina Roman of P/ART Studio will put you in an idyllic mood. We also recommend the interior of a small flat in Warsaw designed by the MISTOVIA studio. It is an eclectic and photogenic space.

The “Design” section is a tribute to Polish craftsmanship. The projects described there are created using natural materials. In this section, we were told about nature by invited guests: designer Michał Szulc, Magda Wołk and Michał Niemyjski who form the photographic duo Migdał Studio, designers Bartłomiej Pawlak and Łukasz Stawarski from Pawlak & Stawarski, architect Marta Sękulska-Wrońska from WXCA, Ewa Bochen and Maciej Jelski from Kosmos Projekt, and the creator and owner of Dom Roślin Rafał Mgłosiek.
In the Portfolio section, we take a closer look at the work of Marlena Stawarz and Mateusz Kołek, who, especially for us, prepared a portrait illustration with our faces and his beloved dog Pea.
