The Roma Tower skyscraper in Warsaw has won international awards!

Roma Tower is the first residential development in Poland to be awarded Fitwel certification, achieving the highest possible rating. The development has also been honoured with two Best in Building Health Awards 2026 in the categories: highest-scoring project in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, and multi-family residential construction (design stage).

Roma Tower is a 170-metre ultra-luxury apartment block at the junction of Emilii Plater and Nowogrodzka streets in Warsaw, with construction scheduled to begin in 2026.  The merits of this project, co-developed by BBI Development S.A. and Liebrecht & wooD, were recognised by Fitwel auditors, who awarded this prestigious residential development certificate for the first time in Poland. The Roma Tower project received the highest possible rating – three stars. It was also recognised with two Best in Building Health Awards 2026 in the categories: highest project score in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region, and multi-family residential construction (design stage).

Environmental and social responsibility is an integral part of Roma Tower, and the highest rating in the Fitwel certification confirms this. True luxury today means not only prestigious architecture and location, but also tangible support for residents’ wellbeing – their health, comfort and daily sense of security. “Roma Tower combines features that support wellbeing with initiatives for the city’s sustainable development, such as rainwater harvesting, as well as the creation of convenient infrastructure for cyclists and modern waste sorting solutions,” says Magdalena Bartkiewicz-Podoba, CEO of Liebrecht & wooD in Poland.

As the developers emphasise, the Roma Tower project will also have a positive impact on the demographics of Śródmieście and the transformation of the surrounding area. In agreement with the city, large sections of Emilii Plater and Nowogrodzka streets will be renovated at their expense, incorporating spaces for pedestrians and cyclists as well as street greenery in the form of rows of trees and low-growing vegetation. The cost of these works is estimated at over 20 million zlotys.

The design masters from Turin will create the visual concept for the main lobby with a reception area, the lift lobbies and lift interiors, as well as the leisure floors featuring a wellness area, which will include a 25-metre swimming pool. The official presentation of Roma Tower is scheduled to take place in 2026.
