Which smart solutions do Poles use most often? Published in 2023, the report ‘Smart home. Growing interest in new technologies in dwellings” by Forbes.pl indicates that in 2022. 34 per cent of people building a home in Poland opted for smart home systems. The most popular choices were heating control devices (81 per cent), cameras (77 per cent), alarms (61 per cent) and lighting systems (61 per cent).

In the context of upcoming legislative changes, it is worth noting the obligation to equip non-residential buildings with automation and control systems by the end of 2024, which highlights the growing importance of smart solutions in the construction industry.
