Warsaw’s real estate market is about to gain an impressive new building – Studio A, a high-rise by Swedish developer Skanska, which specialises in the construction of modern office buildings. The project, part of the Studio office complex on Prosta Street, stands out for its combination of modern aesthetics and functionality. It is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2025, and the final appearance of the building is shown in the latest visualisations.
Studio A, designed by Danish architectural firm Arrow in collaboration with Polish group Grupa5, will be 105 metres high and offer 26,600 sq m of usable space. This space will stretch over 27 floors above ground and four underground levels. The interior of the building, especially its lobby, will be maintained in the developer Skanska’s characteristic Scandinavian style, enriched with innovative solutions that will bring a new quality to the representative spaces. As announced, an important element of the project will be greenery, art and interior finishes that will relate to the surrounding buildings.
The Studio A office building is Skanska’s second high-rise in the business district of Wola, following PZU Park (formerly Generation Park Y). Its location, between Daszyńskiego Roundabout and ONZ Roundabout, makes it an ideal place for companies looking for modern office space in a dynamically developing district of Warsaw. The building’s users will have 150 parking spaces for bicycles and 203 spaces for cars.
In addition to modern offices, the development also includes the creation of a green square with rain gardens to help reduce the urban heat island effect. This publicly accessible space will be harmoniously integrated into the surrounding development, creating a natural transition between the office complex and the nearby Norblin Factory.
