We most often associate the Dyson brand with designer hoovers or advanced hair care appliances. However, Dyson’s technological portfolio is larger. The brand has a range of wireless headphones (we wrote about them HERE), air purifiers or a lamp. The latter is extremely practical and also looks great. In this feature, we have described four selected Dyson products that caught our eye.
Dyson Solarcycle Morph lamp
This device will be appreciated by those who work at a desk, especially architects, interior designers, fashion designers and artists. The Dyson Solarcycle Morph lamp allows for accurate colour reproduction, stands out for its low flicker level and offers a wide temperature range. One of the reasons for developing this lamp was the need of Dyson engineers who were tired of conventional lighting. They wanted to create a lamp that does not tire the eyes and can be used as a spot light in the home, a bedside lamp or a light source for work.
The Dyson Solarcycle Morph lamp is based on advanced technology, at the heart of which is a vacuum-sealed copper tube designed to dissipate heat from the LEDs. A droplet of water evaporates, dissipating heat along the tube before condensing and returning to the LEDs, creating an energy-free cooling cycle that maintains light quality for decades. The lamp’s core is a machined extruded aluminium tube, whose punched holes create a gradient backlighting effect. It’s a detail, but it gives the lamp a unique charm.
The Dyson Solarcycle intelligently adjusts the intensity to daylight levels. The built-in algorithm uses one million atmospheric data points, adjusts the colour temperature and brightness according to local daylight. With it, you can wake up to light that mimics a sunrise, work efficiently in high-quality task light or choose to relax carefree with your favourite book in your hands…

Dyson Purifier Humidify Cool Formaldehyde PH04
Everyone should be able to breathe fully in their home. Especially during the heating season, when harmful substances are released into the atmosphere. Allergy sufferers should also be concerned about air quality. One of the most common allergies in the world is an allergy to pollen (so-called hay fever).
The Dyson Purifier Humidify Cool Formaldehyde PH04 can help reduce the onset of allergic reactions. The unit has a fully sealed HEPA H13 filtration, an activated carbon filter and a HEPA filter that captures 99.95% of ultra-fine particles as small as 0.1 microns in diameter, such as allergens, bacteria, pollen and mould spores. In addition, it destroys formaldehyde, a colourless gaseous pollutant whose particles are 500 times smaller than 0.1 micron particles, making them extremely difficult to capture. A special catalytic filter traps and breaks down the formaldehyde particles into water and carbon dioxide. The filter does not need to be replaced as it regenerates itself. The stream of purified air reaches every corner of the room. In addition, the unit responds intelligently to changing air quality and humidity, providing a feeling of freshness.

Dyson WashG1
With it you can mop your floor quickly and conveniently. The Dyson WashG1 is a high-speed electric mop that allows you to clean even tough dirt. The vacuum simultaneously removes dry and wet dirt, making the cleaning process much faster.
The device has a clean water container with a capacity of 1 litre, which makes it possible to clean an area of up to 290 sq m. The absorbent microfibre-covered brushes spin with powerful power in opposite directions, which improves the efficiency of the work. The machine sucks dirt in and retains it in containers that can be easily emptied. Special technology separates wet and dry dirt from each other. The former is simply poured down the sink and the latter disposed of in the bin.
The Dyson WashG1 has a self-cleaning function. You don’t have to manually wash the brushes when you’re finished. Simply set the unit down in the station and the brushes and subsystems are thoroughly rinsed with clean water.

Dyson Gen5detect hoover
There is great power in this compact appliance. The Dyson Gen5detect cordless vacuum boasts a motor that generates extremely strong suction power and has a HEPA filtration system that catches 99.99% of particles down to 0.1 micrometres in diameter, including viruses. Contaminated air is sucked through the filter and that which is blown out is well cleaned.
Efficient operation is made possible by a special dust illumination method, which allows microscopic particles on the floor to be seen. The incident light beam clearly illuminates dirt that we would not be able to see.
The Dyson Gen5detect hoover marks a new generation of Dyson cleaners. It combines our dust illumination, particle counting and measuring solutions, and an innovative motor and HEPA filtration system throughout the appliance to make cleaning more thorough than ever before, says James Dyson, Dyson founder and chief engineer.
When you’re done, it’s easy and hygienic to empty the vacuum’s container and dispose of the dirt. The bin has an eject mechanism with a rotating latch that removes dust in one go.
