This is an intimate development. White houses in Mokotów from SGI

Each will have three floors. White houses will soon be built on Ananasowa Street in Lower Mokotow in Warsaw. This is an intimate complex of buildings being developed by the developer SGI. In the first stage, five of them will be built and will offer a total of 127 flats of varying sizes. The flats designed here range from 47 to 121 sqm.

The new estate will be built in the heart of “young Mokotów”, i.e. the developing Siekieki district, which is gaining popularity thanks to its proximity to green areas conducive to active recreation and good communication with other districts of Warsaw. It will provide residents with a high standard of living in modern architecture.

The power of detail

The estate will be characterised by an attractive and at the same time time time timeless appearance, in line with the latest architectural trends. The minimalist bodies of the buildings, combined with muted colours, will create a harmonious whole.

The solutions included in the project have been carefully designed to ensure the comfort of the residents. Large glazings will provide natural light throughout the day. In addition, ground floor flats will have access to private gardens, while others will have access to spacious balconies. As standard, all flats will be equipped with external blinds – a solution that distinguishes SGI on the development market. This is a guarantee of privacy and thermal comfort. An additional convenience is the preparation of flats for the installation of air conditioning, which increases their functionality. Storerooms are also planned, as well as 128 underground parking spaces and external bicycle racks. And for the sake of safety, the entire project area will be covered by monitoring and security.

In our investments, comfort and aesthetics are equally important. That is why all flats in the Ananasowa estate will be equipped with external blinds. This solution provides residents with control over the amount of light entering the interiors, improves the energy efficiency of the buildings and takes care of their privacy, while emphasising the modern design of the estate. – says Robert Stachowiak, President of SGI.

Shared space

The spatial layout of the estate has been designed down to the smallest detail. Residents will have a green courtyard at their disposal, which will be conducive to rest and recreation, while the buildings will be connected by walkways and paths integrated into the greenery. There will be leisure areas for residents, and a playground for the youngest. There will also be a residents’ club – a place created specifically for meetings and for spending time together, as well as for co-working. There will also be a play area for the youngest children.

Quick access

Infrastructure plays an important role in the design of the Pineapple estate. For this reason, SGI has placed great emphasis on the construction of roads that will have a beneficial effect on connecting it with the immediate surroundings. As part of the first stage of works, a section of Ananasowa and Gąsocińska streets will be built. The road will include an asphalt roadway, as well as pavements, parking bays and elevated intersections. There will also be street lighting, a storm water drainage system and greenery in the road lane. At the same time, the existing power and teletechnical network on Gąsocińska Street will be rebuilt.

The second stage of the road infrastructure works involves the construction of a section of the street from the junction with ul. Dywizjonu AK “Jeleń” to the junction with ul. Here, too, all modern solutions required for this type of investment will be taken into account. In addition to an asphalt roadway – as in the section implemented in the first stage – there will be pavements, an elevated intersection, as well as street lighting, a rain drain system and greenery in the road lane.

The construction of the new roads will enhance the quality of use of the estate and the convenience of residents commuting to the estate or heading towards the city centre.

Relaxation and more

The location of the Pineapple estate in Lower Mokotów means that residents will be able to reach the city centre just as quickly as the surrounding green areas. At the same time, they will be able to benefit from the proximity of cultural, historical and sporting attractions of the capital city – Łazienki Królewskie, Agrykola or Kopiec Powstania Warszawskiego. Enthusiasts of active leisure will also be satisfied. They will benefit from a rich network of walking and cycling paths that will take them along the Vistula River to the most interesting parts of the city. In this way, the Ananasowa estate fits in with the latest urban planning trends, providing solutions for people who value an active lifestyle, but also building a space conducive to the integration of the local community.

Thanks to the proximity of Aleja Polski Walcząca (Czerniakowska BIS), the journey from Ananasowa to the city centre will only take 15-20 minutes by car. This will give residents freedom in planning their time. It should not take more than 10 minutes to reach major grocery shops (K&M, Carrefour, Lidl), service outlets and recreational facilities (DeSKI Tennis and Squash, Legia).

SGI is developing its offer

The Pineapple Estate is just one of the developments recently announced by SGI. The developer is consistently developing its portfolio in attractive districts of Warsaw, with further investments planned for the coming year. The company recently announced the launch of two more new projects: the Tarasy II flats in Mokotów and Villa Wiedeńska – premium standard houses in Wilanów. On the other hand, the Łopuszańska 47 project will be continued at Łopuszańska Street. Despite their different locations and architectural solutions, they all have one thing in common – a concern to maintain the highest possible developer standards.
