It is located in the heart of Warsaw. Michal Korkosz, the culinary influencer known as Rozkoszny, has recently taken up residence in a brand new interior. The space combines his personal style and his passion for cooking. To realise the latter, a functional kitchen design was key. Rozkoszny invited design studio Mistovia to design the perfect interior.
The eclectic interior design was prepared by the talented architect Marcin Czopek from the Mistovia studio (more of the studio’s realisations HERE). The realisation showed that an interior can be treated like a living organism, it is full of contrasts, bold textures, intense colours and fine forms.
Michael’s kitchen had to be both the heart of the home, a meeting place and a place to work. We needed materials that were durable, beautiful and able to withstand everyday use – and here Cosentino proved to be the perfect choice,” says Marcin Czopek. – The initial vision was for a more elaborate form, but discussions with Michał allowed us to focus on authenticity and functionality. The result is a kitchen that is ergonomic and practical, yet versatile enough that everyone can easily relate it to their everyday interior,” adds the architect.
The kitchen is the heart of the home
The focal point of the living area is the impressive kitchen island. This element even resembles a large sculpture, but is fully functional! The visual effect was achieved with Cosentino materials. The tiled island is decorated with Brazilian Sensa Vancouver quartzite. The material not only looks good, but is also extremely durable, which is important during culinary challenges, the dance of pots, the clatter of kitchen knives or a parade of colourful fruit and vegetables. The coating protects the material from stains, ensuring that every detail will survive even the most intense culinary raptures.

Elegant marbles also appear in other parts of the flat. The structural elements were encased in Scalea Rosso Lepanto marble. They now serve a decorative function. In the bathroom and dressing room, Scalea Ceppo di Vagli quartzite was used. This combination of materials creates a coherent, timeless interior in which each element tells its own story.
The beauty of stone
Throughout the conceptual process, Michael inspected each stone himself – this allowed us to find a common language around textures and colours, while introducing personalised and timeless elements into the interior, adds the architect.
Rozkoszny’s flat is not just a backdrop for photo shoots or films – it is a space where design meets culinary passion, creating a place for meetings, taste experiments and everyday pleasures. It is a perfect example of how, through thoughtful selection of materials and close cooperation with the designer, it is possible to create an interior that is at once aesthetically pleasing, functional and full of personal warmth.
