Their construction was completed at the end of 2024. Towarowa Towers are two residential towers, part of a larger development. The buildings in Wola were realised by developer Asbud Group. The attractive location near the Daszyńskiego roundabout and the proximity of the metro can be a big advantage of the whole investment.
Towarowa Towers are each 95 metres high, with the technical part being 105 metres. Their design was created by the FS&P Arcus studio. Alongside the two towers there will be three lower residential buildings, ranging from 7 to 12 storeys. The towers themselves have 29 storeys each.
There are relatively few high-rise residential buildings in Warsaw, so the new development in Wola is unusual. Importantly, there are many office high-rises in the vicinity of the buildings. The Daszyńskiego roundabout itself has radically changed its face over the past dozen years or so and has become the business hub of the city.
There are 325 flats in tower A, tower B offers 252 flats. Their area varies and ranges from 31 sq m for one-room units to 147 sq m for four-room flats.
The buildings will feature recreational common areas with an outdoor terrace, a lounge-type area, meeting rooms, fitness clubs, representative reception areas and a courtyard with landscaping. An additional distinction is the possibility of purchasing a flat exclusively with the option of turnkey finishing in one of 3 variants – each available in 5 colour versions. The manager of the high-rise buildings is the MVGM company.
An even larger development is being built nearby. Towarowa 22 will be like a new district with offices and flats. We wrote more about this project HERE.
