Dubai’s skyline will soon be enriched by another skyscraper. The new high-rise will be adorned with the well-known name of the investor, which is the President of the United States. The Trump International Hotel & Tower will be built on Sheikh Zayed Road, in a prestigious location near the Shangri-La Hotel and the Financial Centre metro station.
350 metres of luxury at Trump Tower
Developed by property company Dar Global in partnership with The Trump Organisation, the project will reach a height of 350 metres with 80 floors. At the top of the skyscraper will be two two-storey penthouses with private pools, inspired by Donald Trump’s flat on New York’s Fifth Avenue. The skyscraper will offer its customers both exclusive flats and luxury hotel rooms. Dubai’s Trump Tower is expected to attract investors, tourists and residents looking for a unique place to live or relax.
View of the Burj Khalifa and the Persian Gulf
The tower will offer views of the famous Burj Khalifa and the Persian Gulf. Amenities include private lounges, an exclusive club area for ‘TheTrump’ members and the world’s highest outdoor swimming pool. The project is also distinguished by its approach to innovation. Dar Global has announced that the purchase of flats will be possible using cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin.
Confidence in the market

Our project is a response to the growing demand for luxury, prestigious addresses.”
Trump Tower is the fifth joint development
Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai is the fifth joint development between Dar Global and The Trump Organisation. Previous projects such as the Trump Tower in Jeddah and the Trump International Golf Club in Oman have confirmed the effectiveness and great success of this collaboration. The opening date of the new tower has not yet been announced, but it is already clear that it will become one of the most talked-about events in the Middle East luxury real estate market.
