It will consist of six five-storey buildings. At Andrzeja Wajdy Street in Kutno, the Wajdy 20 estate is under construction. It is a modern housing project that offers comfortable flats in a quiet part of the city. The varied size of the flats means that both singles and families with children will find their place to live here. This is another investment by the developer SOVO Development, which carries out projects all over Poland. What makes it stand out?
The intimate Wajdy 20 estate combines modern design, high-class finishes and functionality. Six buildings are being constructed in the north-eastern part of the city. It is a quiet neighbourhood, but connected to the centre by public transport buses.
The estate is located on Andrzeja Wajdy Street, which provides quick and convenient access to the centre of Kutno and the city’s retail and service offer. Within a five-minute drive, there are pharmacies, clinics, a hospital, shopping arcades and restaurants. The Aquapark or the railway station can be reached from here in ten minutes. The thoughtful location makes Wajdy 20 a good place to live for families, singles or investors.
The first stage of the project will see the construction of building A with 44 flats of varying sizes – from cosy ones of around 26.5 square metres, through functional two-room flats (35-37 square metres), to spacious three-room units of up to 50.26 square metres. The architects from the Grafos design studio have opted for a flexible functional layout, thanks to which the flats can be combined to create larger spaces tailored to the needs of the residents.
Each part of the estate has been carefully thought out. The ground floor flats offer access to private gardens and terraces, while the units on the upper floors have balconies. Importantly, you will not find combined balconies here, which would be separated from the neighbour by a thin wall. Each of the flats on the upper floors has an individual balcony, which gives a sense of privacy.
The designed buildings are equipped with lifts and specially arranged staircases, which will be decorated with stills from the cult films of Andrzej Wajda – the street patron. Additionally, the development provides numerous parking spaces, which will please car owners. The area of the estate will be decorated with greenery, which will be planted next to the buildings. The estate’s buildings themselves have been designed by the architects as minimalist cubes with white facades. The simple and honest form has given them a timeless appearance.
Almost half of the flats in stage A have already been sold. The investor plans to have them ready for use in the third quarter of 2026. The prices of the flats in this phase start at PLN 194,999, which, combined with the attractive price per square metre, starting from as little as PLN 6,765, makes the offer competitive both for those planning to settle permanently and for investors looking for property to rent.
The Wajdy 20 investment in Kutno is not only modern flats, but also a well-thought-out concept that combines comfort, functionality and aesthetics. The estate has been designed with the diverse needs of residents in mind – from those who value the intimacy of their own garden or balcony, to families looking for living space and investors seeking a stable capital investment.
