As early as 9 September, the Polish capital will have a new tourist attraction. The Highline Warsaw observation deck will open in the Varso Tower skyscraper. The venue is located on the 53rd floor at a height of 230 metres and will provide a full 360-degree panoramic view of Warsaw. It is the highest located terrace in the EU.
The Varso Tower skyscraper was completed in 2022. It is an impressive 310 metres high including the spire and thus the first in the country to surpass the Palace of Culture and Science, by a full 73 metres. Its design from the outset was to create a place accessible to residents and tourists, and the announced observation terraces are to be the most important and interesting point of the entire complex. From the top of the tower, it will be possible to admire the capital from a hitherto unknown perspective.
Two levels of attractions await visitors. The main terrace on the 53rd floor will allow visitors to see the city from all sides, while the 49th floor will feature the HighGarden Rooftop Lounge, a terrace with a garden and bar, described as the highest point of its kind in Europe. In addition, visitors will be able to enjoy an experience room with multimedia films about the history of Warsaw.

Guests will be taken to the top by a glass lift that will take them to the 46th floor in a matter of seconds, and then a second lift will take them to the terraces. The facilities will be open daily from 10am to 10pm, and the bar is also expected to operate later. Ticket sales began on 3 September. Prices start from £45 when purchased online and from £70 at the stationary box office. A system of dynamic rates has also been introduced, depending on demand and the time of entry. There are also discounts for children, young people, students, seniors and organised groups.
Originally, the highest terrace in the EU was supposed to open as early as 2024, but the date was postponed. Now, all indications are that one of the most awaited attractions in Warsaw will finally be available.
